I ordered a family meal deal and was only sent the chicken and rice which both were an over cooked mushy mess. Where are my other items? Couldn't get a hold of anyone to rectify the situation. Quality has really gone downhill since they first opened. They've lost another loyal customer. Never again!!

Absolutely horrible. I ordered the jerk pork with rice and peas and oxtail gravy. Half of my pork order was pure bones. A few hours after eating the pork I felt nauseous. I spent the whole Night throwing up with Diarrhea. Food poison for sure. I haven't been able to eat anything in 2 days and I'm still in and out of the washroom. Worst experience. Never going back there again.
