So the positives first: All told they had the lowest cost I could find for the wickets that all the window screens in our 35-year-old house needed. Summer is coming and they're predicting it's going to be another scorcher, it'll be nice to have window screens that actually screen again. All installed/replaced already, working nicely, might even outlive us.One caveat though, and it makes me question 5 stars... I'd give 4.5 if I could, 4 is a bit low... it took them 8 business days to ship the order, and then the usual week or so in transit after they shipped it. All told about 2.5 weeks. Considering how much they charge for shipping (it doubled the cost of the order), I wouldn't expect that initial 8 business day delay. But even despite this the order came in less than it would have anywhere else I checked. Just make sure you see the need way ahead of time like I did, because it could take a while.

Canada Door Supply is an excellent company to deal with. I was highly recommended to use their services, and it did not disappoint. They were very accommodating in handling my order for the Emtek mortise lock and provided competitive pricing. When I encountered a problem, they quickly took care of it and had a replacement ready for pick up the very next day. Overall, a great company that I would highly recommend.

First of all, I ordered a very high quality appliance pull. The product was very expensive but I find it here at almost 50%. Which was great but my experience didn’t stop there.I placed the order in a very short notice and I was not sure if I could trust the process and received at the right time. I contacted the customer service, many times (sorry guys for that), and each time, they were very helpful. Well, more than helpful.Many thanks to Ramy who bring my package to Purolator to make sure that I will get the day after. He called me around 2:00 saying, it will be ok and I received my package at 7:00 am the day after in Montreal. If I could to a virtual standing ovation, that will be right here!Once again, many thanks for your help. The product is absolutely beautiful in my kitchen.

Great company to deal with! Very accommodating and competitive in pricing! I ordered an EMTEK mortise lock through them and the when my door manufacturer wanted to install the lock, the cylinder was about 1/4 of an inch too short - after contacting them, they quickly took care of the problem and had a replacement ready for pick up the very next day! Great overall! Thank you!

Terrible service, keep giving a run around after having taken payment, don’t know the status of orders, cannot give you any updates, keep getting told someone will call back and no responses, clearly don’t know how to run a legitimate business, will be doing a charge back with my bank.

Worst place ever, terrible customer service. After waiting 10 days for my order i drove 1 hour to pickup and they left before store closing. They don’t pick up any calls. Beware, this is fraud. No way to run a business. STAY AWAY.
