Stopped by and tried some of the pizza slices. The pizza was great, but the garlic dip brought it to a new level. Honestly the best creamy garlic dip I’ve ever had! It was super addicting.

A very nice space with a mix of food offerings. Pastries looked amazing, while the fruit and vegetables area seemed like not a lot of variety and low on stock. There were a lot of shelves that were empty. While some areas were nicely merchandised others seemed left to be empty. Maybe not much business here on the weekend? Certainly clean and there were staff around, no one acknowledged us or greeted us. As a high end grocery retailer I would have expected that from the staff. Prices were high but they are associated with Saks after all. I felt this space could have been better executed. I focused my photos on the positive areas and not the empty ones, but you lost a star for empty shelves and unengaged staff.

We ate at The Carbon Snack Bar...tucked away in the corner of the foodhall. Had quite possibly the best burger I've had in a long time called Meat Your Maker, and a very tasty smoked brisket reuben with a hearty portion of fries. I hope more people patronize this hidden gem.

An impeccably merchandised food hall that is a feast for the eyes, and will have you drooling at every corner. A wonderful selection of prepared foods, and groceries. The most intriguing thing in the store was the vegetable butcher". Leave your veggies at the station and they will peel and chop them while you finish off your shopping."

Okay place to pick up some specialty packaged food items. I go regularly to get tea as they often have a wonderful selection that you can't get other places. This is not a place to go if you want to get a quick bite. The pre made items are not very tasty and often present poorly. Which is a shame considering the prices they are changing.Shop is relatively clean and laid out nicely.Staff are simply okay. Better off finding what you want on your own than to ask for assistance.

Lots of variety and lovely display. Remember to pass by and look around for unique items. Over 20 variety of soy sauce. If you need a great souvenir, they have Canadian maple syrup in maple leaf bottles.

***Update***I was in the area after I saw the response from the business owner which is apparently their marketing team. I spoke to the manager who was really wonderful and let us pick any two entrees of my choice for free. I thanked her and told her that their marketing team should at least address by their correct name when responding to customers. Next I told her that they should leave an email or a way to contact them when they say things please let us know how we can help?". These are marketing (addressing by the wrong name) and customer service failures (not giving a way to contact the business). But since the manager was so professional and personable

Wide range of food items both cooked and uncooked. A bit pricy but it's totally worth the extra dolly. They have a great ranch of pastries and all sorts of cakes that baked fresh everyday.I highly recommend
