One of the most disappointing business interactions we've ever had. They cearly and definitively misrepresented their product which was a (hopefully unintentional) error on their part. We made the assumption the specs in their ad were accurate which was an error on our part. When we got it home and realized the equipment was totally unusable to us, we tried to have conversations with them to meet in the middle to fix it. They ghosted us, have done nothing to help and totally ignored us. I would not recommend anyone take a chance on dealing with this business. Their word means nothing. They solve problems by ignoring them. We are out $1000s because of it.With the way they have dealt with this, it makes us wonder if the misrepresentation was intentional?

We’ve dealt with John for a few years now for new and used restaurant equipment, always has great condition stuff in stock or he always seems to find what I’m looking for. Would much rather deal with him over the “big box” type suppliers. I just recently bought a slightly used convection oven, he made sure everything was in order and the equipment was in place before he left, gives great advice as well. Will be a customer for life!
