He took the time to thoroughly explain each vaccine, it’s benefits, and any potential side effects. I felt well-informed and confident in my decisions throughout the process. Moreover, Yuiry answered all my questions with patience and procedures valuable regale health advise tailored to my specific destination. Best experience I have had with a travel clinic thus far. I was very anxious about getting my vaccinations for my upcoming trip but Yuriy the NP was amazing. He completely calmed my anxieties. He was very knowledgable and personable. He made my experience very smooth and easy which I was very thankful for. Without his expertise I would not have had such a fun and safe trip. I was able to consult with Yuriy regarding vaccinations for myself and children for our upcoming travel abroad. Yuriy was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that our family was well protected. Having small children I had many questions and concerns that he took the time to address. I have been a patient at the Travel Vaccine Clinic on Queen & Broadview for a few years now. I absolutely love my experience there with receiving several different vaccines over the course of the last few years. The nurse practitioner Yuri is so wonderful, does not treat patients like a number and engages patients in conversation with respect, cultural inclusivity/sensitivity and dignity. The clinic is appointment based, and the team takes a thorough investigation of patient's health history and medication review before administering any vaccines. We are very lucky to have Travel Vaccine Clinic serving Toronto.

Showed up on time for my 12:15 appointment. They were running over 45 minutes late. The people that came for their 11:30 still hadn't been seen, and there were other people there after them.I understand that I'll have to wait, but when running so far behind schedule (it probably would have been an hour before they saw me), they should have called/emailed as a courtesy.Avoid this place. Show them that it's not ok to have such little respect for other people's time. Or, just be prepared to wait.

I was happy to receive service from this clinic and it met all of my upcoming travel needs. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. My questions were answered from the nurse practitioner I met, Yuriy. As I do not travel often, he reassured me on what I needed to know.I seldom leave reviews but felt it was with worth it to leave one about the clinic, the staff and Yuriy who was a major help.

Got my vaccine here before I left for India. Got booked quick and was in and out easy, no bad after effects/ symptoms. Shout out to Nurse Maya… super nice, gentle, explained everything and it didn’t hurt. She made the whole process very comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic!
