I truly love this salon and spa. Is a great place to have multiple services in one go. The staff has always been friendly and supporting, excellent customer service. They work with you and make sure their services suit your needs. Most importantly, the quality of the services is really good. I always leave my appointments feeling satisfied.

I am super happy with the results of my laser hair removal! My hair growth is reduced by probably 80-90% and is now super easy to manage. It is not pain free but Shanyn does a great job at managing any discomfort and working quickly. Absolutely worth it!

The staff are very professional, I was offered tea/coffee (they also serve cocktails now which is fun). I typically see the same stylist and I absolutely love her; she is punctual, friendly, professional and always gives good hair. They don't push product, but they carry the best, so if you can, indulge in a hair mask purchase or treat after your appointment. The salon recently had a little makeover inside and it looks like a million bucks. 5 stars all around!

The highly skilled, professional staff, the elegant, friendly atmosphere and the fair pricing makes Carrie'L Salon & Spa my new favourite place to treat myself when in need of a bit of luxury. So far, I have experienced 4 services from their wide variety of offerings.The moment I entered, everyone focused on making me feel relaxed, comfortable and attended to. The salon also frequently offers promotions to show their customer appreciation. And for my busy schedule, the fact that I can park right behind the spa without having to deal with parking issues is an extra bonus. Felt like a tropical holiday in the midst of a cold Edmonton winter day.

Amanda is amazing!! If you're looking for someone to cut your curly hair, she's the one. Great with assisting for new hair color choices. I've been trying other salons for 2.5 years to get a good cut after my old hair dresser moved. Highly recommend her! She also has great product knowledge! I am very happy with the products that she chose for my hair type and needs. The salon is amazing too! Very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere!

I have received numerous laser hair removal treatments here, primarily from Shanyn. Incredibly clean, pretty and positive experiences every time I visit. I started with a package for just the bikini area but since it worked so well, I have now been for facial and underarm laser hair removal sessions too. All technicians have been on time, very friendly and make sure the experience is as painless as it possibly can be. I have seen fantastic results and am now just going back for periodic maintenance treatments. Services are well worth the price! Very happy I chose Carrie’l for my treatments!

I love going to Carrie’l. The staff are great and Sinead, my stylist, is a great artist and always has good advice. The staff are helpful and friendly and it feels like mini vacation whenever I go. The main floor has a great supply of products for sale too.

I have been seeing Mark for a long time and have loved coming to Carrie l salon. I never feel like the appointment is rushed or that he’s in a hurry to get me out the door. I trust his judgment on my hair and I know he will always make my hair look and feel amazing.I also really like the colour application area. It’s quiet and while processing I can relax and read or play on my phone.Mark never pushes products on me and when I ask for product suggestions he gives good suggestions and also asks for my budget. He also always tells me what products he’s used for shampoo, conditioner, etc.The front staff are always amazing and helpful. From the minute I come in the door they greet me, take my coat, and offer me a beverage. I will definitely be back to see Mark and I want to check out some spa services as well. Thanks for an always great experience. I love the new reception desk and coat area. Looks amazing.
