VanWest College

I would like to share my experience with Van West College.I took a break from my career, organized myself financially and moved to Canada believing that studying at Van West would be the best choice. In the first problems with my accommodation, classes and teachers I went to my guidance counselor on a referral, he only talked about the regulation of not being able to refund my money and in some cases he said that he could not do anything to help me. After a lot of stress and exhaustion, I understood that the concern of the school and the Advisor is just to sell their packages to the students, that is, to make money, forcing the students to fulfill 6 to 8 weeks in each level, but if you are speaking English or have difficulties That's not what matters" . I heard many lies from my advisor and directors

The my experience was very nice. It was my first exchange , was important for my life. I loved make new friends, all the students were more younger than me, but it was great short moment. Passei o mês de janeiro de 2023, na VanWest Kelowna, foi uma experiência única! A cidade é linda e acolhedora assim como o College, todos muito respectivos, preocupados em nos proporcionar a melhor experiência e aprendizado! Super recomendo a VanWest! Já estou com saudades…

In 2018 I was to Kelowna for my first exchange program at the VanWest College that experience was so good, Kelowna City is amazing place a recommend a lot! I hope one day I will come back to Kelowna again.

I used go there for three months. The place was amazing and I love it. Actually, my English was not really good when I come here but the teacher taught me very kindly in the classes. If you join the school activity you can make many friends and go somewhere with the friendly school activity guide!! I think the best season is when you can go there in summer. Thanks, Van West College:)

Experiência única. Difícil de descrever. No início foi um pouco difícil a adaptação, mas com o passar dos dias tudo foi normalizando. Material didático muito bom. Professores muito bons. Acho que uma oportunidade de melhoria seria as cadeiras, não é nada confortável.

Com toda certeza foi uma das melhores experiência que tive. A escola da todo suporte que o aluno precisa, os professores que tive aula são atenciosos e muito dedicado, o orientador excelente também.Recomendo muito!!Absolutely was the best experience in my life. Van West foi a escola que escolhi para me libertar do medo de falar inglês. Com professores de excelência, uma equipe de Advisors que está sempre disposta a te ajudar nessa mudança e atividades extras curriculares que te mantém focado em falar apenas inglês ficou mais fácil viver essa primeira temporada em Vancouver. Agora estou cursando Operations & Supply Chain e estou simplesmente amando as aulas e a forma com a escola apresenta as matérias para os alunos! Super recomendo a Van West para os que estão interessados em uma temporada em Vancouver. Localizado em Downtown Vancouver super perto de estação de metrô e ônibus é a melhor opção para estudar e aproveitar a cidade.
