Spoke to a man named Tom Mahood, worst service I’ve ever received. Got mad when I requested a limo for prom and way over quoted. Started cussing me out when I questioned the price.

This review is long overdue from my wedding June 4th 2022. Extremely unprofessional and questionable business practices. I first tried to reach out to them leading up to my wedding just to confirm everything and change my schedule a little bit as well as finalize any remain details. No response, so nervous leading up to my wedding not knowing if they were even going to show up. They did show up but the bus was different then the one I ordered, we were told it was new and better but there were a bunch of broken things inside and no bathroom, which I specifically requested because my sister was 8 months pregnant at the time. I was told that the package I paid for includes champagne

I would strongly encourage anyone not to use this service. I cannot speak to the efficacy of everyone involved. But, I booked an event through this provider thinking it was a limo service. Turns out it's a 3rd party company that subs out work to actual limousine companies.I dealt with a fellow named Tom Mahood. We agreed upon a limo bus with washroom for a set price with gratuity. I recieved a call from the driver of said bus roughly an hour before departing and was informed that we didn't have a limousine with a washroom. Which, wasn't the end of the world. A little embarassing considering I told 20 people that this was the case. But, the driver also didn't know how many people were attending, the address in which to pick us up, or the timeline we were utilizing this service. It would seem that Tom Mahood took our deposit and passed along as little information as possible.I did call Tom Mahood a week prior to this event just to confirm the details. He ignored my texts/emails/calls for about 3 days. I eventually got ahold of him to confirm and he assured me everything was good to go. When I found out that we weren't getting what was purchased, I tried to call Tom Mahood and he was unavailable.If you are booking a limousine service. Do your research. Ontario luxury limousine pays to have top ad space. If you wind up talking to a fellow named Tom Mahood.. cancel and start over. He over promises, over quotes, and is virtually non existent after he has your deposit.I feel terrible for our actual driver named Stan from, I believe Moon Limousine. As he informed us this wasn't even remotely the first incident that Tom Mahood over promised a party, and had to deal with the irate attendees upon arrival.Truly poor service, can't believe I've been swindled so blantantly. But, you live and you learn. If you call Ontario luxury limousine and happen to speak to Tom Mahood, make sure every detail is written in stone, as he will not be available to you after recieving your deposit. Tom Mahood, you're either awful or incompetent. Either way, I hope this is not a successful venture for you.Hope this was helpful.Update: hopefully the response from the owner was enough to confirm this review.
