We interviewed several agents before deciding to go with Amir. As remote buyers, we needed someone with experience managing remote clients, as well as someone with up-to-date knowledge of the condo market and neighbourhoods we were interested it. Through our conversation, Amir proved that he had the right experience and focus for our needs, but what really made us choose him was his infectious enthusiasm and immediate commitment to us - I think we spent almost 2 hours chatting, he was so generous with his time and wanted to get to know us. He has a passion for education, which was evident from the advice and explanations he walked us through, as well as the content on his (and his wife’s) website.When we were in town on a short trip, Amir took us on 2 full days of viewings, choosing a variety of properties so he could point out pros and cons and things to be looking for, as well as gain a better understanding of what we liked/needed/wanted. We returned home, and bided our time waiting for more inventory to come up. Amir did viewings with my parents, video calling us in. We went through a remote offer together, and we knew Amir’s experience was on point when he correctly predicted exactly what would happen (# of offers, second round, final sale price)! We weren’t willing to go past our max, so we didn’t win, but we learned a lot through the process.We finally found something that checked all of our boxes, a new build that was close to completion. No bidding wars to navigate this time, but Amir was there to explain the contracts and close the deal smoothly. Overall, we’re very happy that we chose Amir and would recommend him and his team to anyone!

I got in touch with Amir through my brother who spoke highly of him. I was looking to rent a new condo as my landlord had given me an N12. Any other realtor in the market would have directly jumped into showing me prospective places to rent and make commission from the seller/landlord. However, Amir is very professional and ethical as he gave me the advice which was in my best interest. After reviewing my case thoroughly, he told me that the N12 which I got from my landlord was a faulty N12 and suggested that I reject the faulty N12. In this skyrocketing Toronto rental market many landlords give N12 in bad faith to re-rent their condo for a higher rent. In my opinion, Amir really cares about his clients and gives them the best possible advice after carefully reviewing their needs and situations.

This past spring, I decided to sell my rental property in the Junction. After 12 years it was time! As a property owner who had bought and sold many properties over last 30 years, I did not expect to be wowed by my experience with SAGE.
