This happened at the Alexis Nihon store in montreal. Very good service by the ladies there but I was disappointing with the customer service imposed by the company. So i bought 4 pair of shoes, accessories and at the end I was told to go to Dollarama to buy bags as they don't offer anymore. I understand and totally appreciate the no more plastic bags

YELLOW ! Très décu de la politique de retour. La botte m'a blessé, une empoule au pied. Très peu porter. La botte est impécable, la vendeuse l'a même remarqué. La vendeuse (Repentigny), SOUS LES ORDRES DE LA GÉRANTE, pas de remboursement. M'a offert un mince 15% compensation. Absolument pas. Et moi, je garde une botte, que je ne me servirai JAMAIS. bravo! C'est comme ça? j'ai été dans un autre YELLOW, un autre raison....j'ai été remboursé. Auriez-vous eu l'amabilité de me rembourser, avec mon réel problème. MERCI!

Les resource humaine rabaisse ses ancien employer pour qu il ne puisse pas avoir de chomage malgre que x est eux qui on decider de les congedier apres 1 ans et demi a avoir travailler pour eux je trouve ca vraiment pas professionnel

Sells substandard shoes that leak and shoes that are not sized correctly. Plus they want to charge for shipping shoes that are not sized correctly. Customer service is basically worthless. Just avoid and buy shoes on Amazon.
