Stay away from this place and their extreme fascism at all costs. If you have the nerve to stand up for your rights and advocate for a disability, instead of accomedating the disability, their ED will go to great lengths to shut you out and try to silence you. If you do not conform to their ways without question, even if it voilates the law, they will simply shut you out. This is not an organization that wants to help the people it serves... This is an organization that believes that their way is the only way, and that anyone who dares to question them must be removed from the community. They are not at all about fighting stigma or helping their people, but rather only want to bully their people, and further perpetuate the stigma. I still have not decided whether I want to blow the whistle for human rights violations (by filing a lawsuit) for making it abundantly clear that I am not welcome because I had the nerve to ask them to accommodate a disability as the law requires. Simply put, they just don't care anymore and think they're better han everyone else, and that somehow, turning people away and shutting them out solely because of a request to accommodate a disability somehow helps their people. If you have any dignity, self respect, or self worth, don't degrade yourself by coming here... They're not really there to help you anyway. They only want you to confirm to their ways, while doing nothing to actually address the problem with society. In short, they're a complete joke, and a complete waste of time. Their only concern is their precious paycheques. WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONEY!!!!!!

Fantastic place and staff. Always helpful. Have been there many times for needles, syringes, etc. and have never had an issue. Thanks for making KW a safer place.

Be careful interacting with this organization if you're trans or disabled. They're surprisingly very abusive here.

Sorry but only testing one day a week? Keep using covid as an excuse to not provide care. I am ashamed that it's so hard to get help with an STI in this country. Walk in clinics are horrible and they only give you a quick requisition so they can get you out the door as soon as possible. This is not care just a money scam.
