I bought the car from here few years ago and I do the maintenance too. Staff courteous and efficient. Nice area where to wait for the car. Good coffee and they have a sparkling water machine too.

The after sales department is simply the worst service ever.People do not call when they say they will and messages are often lost.I keep having to arrange my work schedule 2 times for every visit because they have forgotten to do something, broke something, or stained something when they are doing their work.This has not happened once, or twice… but at least a dozen times.Very unsatisfied.

After looking for a new vehicle for months we found just what we wanted on Planete Mazda website. Dealing with Michel Turgeon was an absolute pleasure. He was so patient with all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed. Totally made it worth the drive from Ottawa. joking receptionists, joking salespeople, I waited for more than 10 minutes and was not served by anyone, the jokes are more interesting than the customer in this place, I walked out and bought my cars elsewhere, I do not recommend this store.

I'm actually shocked that this place has such good reviews. This is the reason why I came to this dealership because it's reviews and ended up being very disappointed. I came there wanting to buy a used car was given a test drive was happy put a deposit was told that it was refundable. Since then getting a hold if someobe is nearly impossible, leave a message abd email....zero follow up. I decided to forgo my purchase and asked for a refund of my $500 deposit was told it would be done almost a month later and I still didn't get my money.
