First, I'd like to say that I don't normally reach out to contractors for help but in this case I made an exception through a trusted friend who highly recommended this company and OH GOODNESS to my delight, I was extremely pleased!The owner, Titus, was very courteous and understanding of my needs. We discussed my situation to fix an A/C unit over the phone and his explanation and diagnosis I would say was on point before he even arrived.My A/C unit was fixed in literally minutes and I'd say I received above and beyond service because he not only fixed my thermostat as well, but also worked on a few electrical outlets in my home.Titus was very knowledgeable, professional, and he got the job done fast!My family was pleased that we had the A/C up and running again on the weekend for a party I was hosting!Now with respect to the price, I don't think his could have been beat because I did reach out to a few other companies beforehand and felt like they were trying to cheat me (as you know how trades people normally do). He quoted me up front, and broke down the costs in a way that made sense, but I felt like the price was so low, I had to tip.I 100% recommend Sensible Heat Solutions and would continue to give them my business!Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!Outstanding service!

Titus is a very knowledgeable technician that is willing to work with your budget and he installed a custom solution for the AC in our house. It was within the budget and time frame he promised but quality was only average. I'm sure he can do better but probably had to hurry up, to meet budget and deadline. He will give you a quote for providing his service or recommend you someone else if he cannot meet your budget or if he thinks other contractors are better suited. Again, very happy with the service, just not 5 star level, in my opinion!
