Club Bekkers kennels

My dog has been on a super extended stay due to life happenings and Club Bekkers has been taking amazing care of my boy. I visited and he was so happy and bouncy and excited to be around his caretaker. She expressed affection for him that I could see was returned. Thank you for your understanding and care during this hard time, Club Bekkers.

Our dog was there for a night and she came back with cuts in her face which looks like she was in a fight with other dogs. She is a quiet mid sized dog who typically has a very quiet temperament. I am shocked but not surprised as the reception when we dropped our dog was very cold and as if they really do not care about the dogs that are checking in.

The best boarding experience we have ever had. Our German Shepherd and Pug were treated like royalty, Amazing place for our beloved dogs to stay, we know that we can travel worry free from now on. The photos posted almost daily on Facebook were such a nice touch, we could see that Cooper and Mina were happy and having fun. Great job and thank you !!

I had to board my adult working German shepherd female ANNIE with this kennel. I chose it because they informed me that some police k9 dogs sometimes boarded there. When I did a tour I eagle eyed the runs and door latches. They looked ok. I mentioned one area where Annie may possibly get her foot caught up. Well the working dog in her sure as heck did find it. They moved her immediately. Later the next day the escape artist climbed right over her outdoor run fence. She thought she got free, but luckily another large fence surrounded the area. They quickly noticed and retrieved her. And this time placed her in a roofed run. ANNIE 2 Beckers 1. The kennel is just fine. I was happy with my dog's care.

I have brought my cat here twice and they take really great care of pets. She had a room with a huge window and was allowed to bring in a pet bed and some personal toys which helped make her feel closer to home.

My dog , 8 years old, passed away at this place , she had no symptoms /diseases , she was super active , my kids adored her , she was like a sibling to them . She was the sweetest dog . They called us three days after dropping her off saying your dog passed away , I asked what was the problem they had no answers . I called the vet and we agreed they will transport her right away to the vet . An hour later I called the vet they said they didn't bring her yet , we are still waiting. I called the Kennel they made excuses and they said they took her to a fridge in some hospital it was Friday , the dog had to stay there till Monday cause of the weekend. Post-mortem doesn't usually show much cause she has been frozen for more than 48 hours (and they know that) . It was my first time in this place , I don't advise anyone to leave their pets at this place .

If you are planning on boarding a cat I would go elsewhere. I cannot attest to the dog boarding as I only brought my cat here.I don't believe anyone who works here understands the importance of customer service; I am not looking for an above and beyond experience, but I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of support, transparency or feedback. Before I brought my cat in I had called the kennel to get a better feel for whether bringing my sweet, shy cat to boarding would be a good idea. I have never done this before. The kennel attendant (she never told me her name) seemed a little upset that I had called at what I assume was a bad time? Although it was during posted open hours. She just told me she had worked with cats for 45 years. Ok...My cat was checked in Friday morning and we picked her up Sunday evening. There is a tight and short drop off/pick up window that puts a lot of pressure into the process. The check in was entirely too laissez-faire for my liking. You fill out a little tiny piece of paper and that's it. The kennel smelled a little funky and you could hear dogs barking not too far away. There was a large parrot at the entrance that screeched so extremely loud, I could already tell my cat was going to have a hard time with that. When I picked her up, again there was no feedback, no friendly banter. The process was entirely too transactional. I had a bad feeling all weekend about leaving my cat at this facility l. On the car ride home she was visibly stressed. I don't believe she ate all weekend as she felt very light. When we brought her home and I gave her a meal she ate it as though she was starving.I'm disappointed I have to write this poor review but I needed to share my experience.

Great place to have your dog, cat, bird or little kritter spend a day, week or longer need be. Rates are totally reasonable. Had my cats stay there and I can't say enough of how well they were taken care of.

We have been taking our dog here for almost 15 years. She gets excited whenever we arrive - that is the most important thing, she loves it!
