terrible customer service, lined up for 10 min, finally its us told us to go order at the machine if we r paying by card like WHAT? and serves the previous and next thats paying card. out of onion rings, out of bbq sauce. fire the lady working cashier name starts with J 3pm april 24

Long waits.Display boards crashed.Employees are not wearing hand gloves . Even the ones who handle the food .You won't be given tissue paper unless asked.The only reason why this is open even after so many terrible reviews is because it's situated on the rest stop.

This time the food is very good. Lettuce wrapped option for my hamburger is so nicely made. This makes me frequent A&W more than other chains.

I am from Sikh Religion and Pure Vegetarian person. There was a Huge lineup at tim Hortons, so i ordered BEYOND MEAT BURGER from A&W. There was a Tattooed Giy in the Kitchen)I don't know his name), he put Beef Patty and Bacon strips in the Burger, but on the packing, it was wriiten beyond meat. I don't know if he did this purposely or what was in his mind, but thankfully I recognized the that the patty was a bit different and when i checked it was confirmed that it was beefand bacon inside. But my question is ' what if I didn't checked it and just ate it??'. I live with some PRINCIPLES in my Life and one of them is being Vegetarian, but i think that that guy played a serious joke with me.After this I'll never be going to this restaurant.

Poor and extremely slow service. Meat patty from burger was cold by the time we got it. We asked to wait 7 minutes for fresh apple pies. After 25 min of waiting, we overheard the manager lady tell the cashier not to make us our fresh pies and to give us old pies instead. My partner had to intervene and say that after this long wait, we want our fresh pies. And still, the pies were cold.

Worst food, longest waits I've ever seen. Waited 45 minutes for a simple burger and a small coffee, which cost me $13 after tax.

Forced to use extremely slow machines to place orders. They refuse counter service unless it's cash. I'm sure the disability act would loooove that one.Most staff just standing around as a result. Can't imagine what it's like when it's busy.
