Everyone seems to complain about this clinic but if you follow their protocol it’s actually really good. Show up early, get a spot, come back. It’s been working great for me. I rather this than have to sit in a clinic for hours and hours to see a doctor.

I called for a refill prescription for my vitamin D as I want to change my prescription from London Drugs to virtual pharmacy. The receptionist told me I had to come as walk in, because I don’t have a family doctor. And that’s why I cannot even schedule a call with any doctor. I’ve been coming to this clinic since 2018 and Dr Rezvani always takes care of me. In this case it’s only Vitamin D. You can get vitamin D easily at every pharmacy. On the other hand there’s no problem with my acne cream which you can’t get in the pharmacy w/o subscription. They used to call me - now they don’t even call to double check whether I need it, when I request a refill. Today they are wasting my time and when I walk in, I am gonna waste their time. 2 minutes call would be more efficient solution for both parties involved.

This is not a walk in clinic. Don't waste your time. Don't believe the hours of operation. If you are trying to do a walk-in you have to show up 20 min before it's open just to be told to come back later in the day but yet if you show up any later than before it opens you are told to come back tomorrow. One time I came back later in the day as instructed by the front desk, and when I came back, they told me they filled up with appointments and to come back tomorrow. It took me 3 days to finally successfully see a doctor there. This is not a walk-in! I want to save you time. Also the front desk staff have terrible service and would never answer the phone. I haven't been there in a year I just remembered this as I'm looking for another clinic. I will never go back there!

!!!DO NOT GO!!! Can’t believe they can even call this place a “Doctor’s Office.” Front desk lady does not care about anyone or anything it seems. She told me she “wasn’t going to book an appointment for me” gave no reason as to why. I was then told to come to the walk in where a doctor may or may not be able to see me. Then again why would I want to be seen by a doctor who is just getting their answers off a google search. I guess I’ll just have to fall over and die before anyone there would actually care…even still they wouldn’t. This is your warning to STAY AWAY.

Just started to work with Dr. Sharma and impressed with his level of care, attention and eagerness to get to the bottom of patient's health issue. I found receptionists warm and welcoming as well. Unfortunately, it became so hard to find good caring people in health care in the last couple of years. Hope that the stream of negative reviews will dry up for this clinic, because they seem to deserve better. Thank you so much!

Dr's here are awesome unfortunatley the receptionists are the issue. Super super rude I have constant issues getting my prescriptions faxed over to the pharmacy and it's always a ball drop by the receptionists and then when you ask what happened and when it will be sent they are super defensive and rude. It's a shame really coz the doctors are so good. The help they have........not so much.

Don’t trust their working hours in Google maps or on their doors. They never accept patients on the weekends. This is at least 3rd time I am trying to get there on Saturday .The only chance to actually see a doctor is to come there 8-9 AM on a weekday, then they will schedule you for later in the day (usually around 11-12). Which is by the way very stupid - you have to come there so they can just make an appointment for you and then you need to come again. Why would a sick person go there twice if they just could save a trip my making an appointment over the phone or online like in other clinics .And not everyone can come there at 8-9 AM weekday, some people have jobs! I wish they would allow people to make appointments over the phone!

I agree with most of the positive reviews. I suspect that clients who are happy outnumber those that are not by a factor of 20. The reviews are most probably the less reasonable among us. They should try the emegency room at any big hospital. My rating is 4.5 for the clinic - the staff and doctors are very very professional.

I’ve generally had good experience with the receptionists. I get they are busy and felt like they do their best to schedule you in.I really like Doctor Sun Du (spelling?) who was made me feel like she genuinely cared and even followed up a few weeks later. She was great.Had a really negative experience today with a male Indian doctor who was quite rude. I waited 45 minutes after my booked slot and he was not able to do what the receptionist booked me in for. General mis-communication between staff but also one of those doctors who couldn’t care less about people. I felt like I was a item ticked off his robotic list and would not recommend the experience to anyone.

Don’t trust to what they wrote on the Windows or in Google Business hours!! Not accurate opening time, I was there at 1:30PM and the receptionist told they don’t accept patients after 12:00, I was told before I can walk in weekends and no need to book appointments, the funny side I just step in behind someone else and she (the receptionist) asked him to take a seat and wait!! I just wanted to get my routine vitamins injections!
