Bulk Barn

I have been a customer of Bulk Barn for several years. Totally delighted with the assortment, organization, cleanliness, order, and customer service at South Edmonton Common.We moved to the west of the city and of course I have to go the closest one but I am absolutely disappointed with the Bulk Barn on the west side, it is the third time at this store and it is the third time something has happened and that is why I definitely sat down to write this review.There is no assortment, the attention and customer service is terrible.I went on Tuesday and asked for 2 products and one of the 2 ladies who were there told me that she was very busy, that she knew that the products were somewhere but that she didn't have time to go and that I had to come back in 2 or 3 days (Absolutely rude and lacking of customer service) and then I had to pay at the register and the lady typed one code wrong (it was written correctly) she tells me that she can't solve the problem and she asks the other lady and she says no, so they tell me that I must go the next day for the manager to solve it, they gave me a number to call before and when I called they told me that they had no idea who the Manager is. So, I finally decided knowing that they did not have what I needed I went to the South Edmonton Common and there, of course, they had everything as always and they also solved and refunded me the money for the mistake made on the west side.

This is the place to go to buy items by the bulk. No pun intended. You will save dollars at this store. Lots of dollars. Excellent selection from flour to spices as well as candy. The store is clean with friendly staff who knew that products.

Pretty good selection though they didn’t have the style of cake decorating sprinkles we were looking for we still walked out with a few other things.

This place is very unique and interesting with lots of variety, it's also very sanitary however the prices are pretty high but it's still a great place to get spices,candy ect.

I’m at multiple bulk barn locations quite often, most experiences are pretty good, however this location I typically have to wait for a cashier to realizes that people are waiting, or I have to go look for someone in order to pay. Maybe place a bell up front?? When someone does come up, there’s no hi, hello, sorry for the wait, no acknowledgement. It’s akward

Its the closest store from my place. I love bulk barn. On google, it says they are closed at 7:30pm. And when I went to the store the rude cashier lady asked me to leave because the store was closing at 6pm and I entered at 5:55pm. I said online it says 7:30 and I know what I need, I will grab that within those 5 min and been gone. There were only 2 person standing for check out. But still didn't allow me to enter and asked me to come next day.What a rude behavior and misinformation on google profile. They didn't update that and because of that I had to leave my house in this -40 temperature.

I literally cannot visit the west side and not come here. It's impossible. Love the selection, friendly staff, decent prices.

Great shopping experience today for myself. Pleasant staff member who made me feel welcome, exchanged pleasant conversation when I approached the counter and then, sincerely thanked me for my purchase, prior to my exit. All containers were well stocked with bulk items, were labelled and priced. Scoops available for each item. Aisles clear of debris etc. Shopping carts available. They have definitely taken the extra step to make sure items are well stocked, are neatly presented and the customer has a good shopping experience!

Love Bulk Barn. I like being able to buy small amounts of ingredients for a specific recipe, rather than a giant bag at a grocery store that I’ll never use up.This location is clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly. There is plenty of parking. I will definitely be back here!
