My husband and I walked into this location to buy me a new top, I was drawn to a brightly yellow short sleeve. The price was great I selected another top and a pair of pants. At the front desk we were greeted by a very friendly lady Maral, the store manager. This was the first time I was in this store and I will be back.

My wife and I went shopping here and met the manager Mary. What a wonderful person she is. Helpful and full of life. We bought some tops and now this location will be a must stop when we return to the mall. Thank you Mary!

Maral and Tara were absolutely amazing. They were helpful and honest in their opinions. I always come back for their shopping help. I would highly recommend this store for your new fresh spring wardrobe.

Myself and my family have been to this location a couple of times now and the customer service is always the best. The store is one of the most organized and clean stores I’ve seen and they are always getting new stock! I have had the pleasure of being helped by Maral and her wonderful team, Yousara and Tara. This is a favourite location of mine and I look forward to many more visits with them!

The customer service at Suzy Shier outlet is one of a kind! Maral, the store manager and Jordan the team lead went beyond my expectation. I went to buy a gown and the security tag was on the inner lining of the gown which i didn't noticed until i get home.Went back there the next day to have it removed but unfortunately they don't have the equipment to removed it since the gown came from toronto. Maral then made me assured that she will fix it the next day as she was home already that day. Then the next day, she called me right away as soon as she was able to removed it. She has to go to every store to see if they can help her removed that security tag. As soon as she have it fixed, she called me since i cannot come back to pick it up.She offered to drop it off to my place!What an amazing customer service! I don't think anyone can do this far. Hats off to Maral and her team at Suzy Shier! Thank you and keep up the good work!

I don’t how the store manager got so many good comments…. Well there are days when people have ups and downs and today clearly it seemed that the store manager was not at her best behaviour. She was criticizing the new trainee behind her back, it was sad to see that the new trainee has to deal with such poor management. The store manager should learn to tone her voice down
