TIM HORTONS REVIEW ONLY (Walker Complex in Hungry Badger)!!!! News flash!!!! As a local Tim Hortons employee at A DIFFERENT LOCATION this is by far the worst experience I have had at any Tim Hortons! Slow service, poor customer service, lack of eagerness and initiative is heavily evident in the work ethic of MOST OF but NOT ALL the employees at this location, I can tell you most customers are fed up having to wait 8 minutes for a single coffee and muffin or 21 minutes for two wraps and coffee (and yes I have timed it). Fast Food is supposed to be a quick industry and I get when it’s busy it will be slower but when it is two items that can be made in maximum 2 minutes this becomes a problem. I have friends who now avoid going to this Tim Hortons including myself too, due to poor customer service, absurd wait times for the fast food industry (well above the expected wait times and I know them because I work at Tim Hortons too) and sub-par quality coffee. As a fellow Tim Hortons employee at another location, it frustrates me because this location has potential but employees at this location need better supervision and training because when you’re supposed to be having your order taken and the employee is on their phone instead, it sends a message that they DO NOT CARE about their customers. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND OR ANYTHING I just expect better from this franchise.

Went there when was super hungry (no pun intended). It was really satisfying. Make sure you say you want guacamole before ordering cause they are going to be pretty salty about it if you say you want guac after your order.

Tim Hortons is the slowest Tims ever. Advertises Mobile to skip the line but will file an entire line of people through before making a simple bagel. Staff does not work together and are very rude.

Impressive, a lot of choice, tasty and you can try so much things! It s a huge place so you re at you ease and it is a great athmosphere after classes

The pizza pizza staff were very rude just because i didn’t know what i wanted to go with yet. It felt like the lady helping me didn’t enjoy being there, like if you dont want to be there, just quit. ON TOP OF THAT the pizza crust was nearly inedible with how rough it was. It was literally cutting the insides of my mouth. Also it was extremely overpriced 4.79 for one slice???

One of the worst experiences I have ever had, staff was extremely rude, simple requests were met with a rude comment. On top of that, the overpriced pita I had gave me food poisoning. The rest of the day I was throwing up on campus, unable to go home as any sort of movement would upset my stomach. I will never be eating here again.

Everywhere else is fine here. However I went to the Tim Hortons here on the weekend and I guess they don’t have their usual staff on these days because today I got the absolute worst customer service. On weekdays they are always great and I have no issues. On this day however, I asked the guy at the counter if I could get a specific donut and he huffed saying “check the counter, make sure we have it”. I thought to myself “isn’t that your job”. If he had said it in a nice manner I wouldn’t have minded the request however he said it in such a passive aggressive attitude. And then when he got me the donut he basically just tossed it on the counter. It was just an overall bad experience.

Good place for students to meet up and have lunch but was very messy at the time we were there.

Small food court style area with a pita pit and a pizza pizza. I usually go to the pita pit and find it is fairly well run, with friendly staff and decently quick service. My biggest complaint is that often the ingredients will get mixed and I will end up with a few things I do not like in my pita because they fell into the same dish as things I do like. Otherwise, no complaints.
