Since I started working there four months ago, it has been a wonderful experience for me. A special thank you to Nasrallah Yossif, our manager who is extremely committed and goal-oriented. He is a very decent and kind man. He imparts precise training and job descriptions that raise the value of Blackbird Company in the eyes of retail businesses. As a student, I have so much work in school. He understands everyone's problem and situation and acts according to it. He always lends a hand. He has incredibly impressive management skills. I would like to give 5 stars to Blackbird company and my manager Nasrallah Yossif. It is my pleasure to be a part of this team.

I am working with the blackbird security since last three months in Ottawa area as a tactical security guard. First of all i want to say thank you very much to each and every member of the blackbird security. My manager Yosif nasrallah is the best manager till my working duration. He always listen our concern and give the best effective solution to help us. He is just one call away in need to talk about the site, shift and any other helps. I am in the love with the work culture here and the company treats their employees as a family member. HR department and finance department is also respond the queries very quickly and solve the problem. I want to grow witht the company with the support of my manager nasrallah and the whole team of blackbird.

I am working with Blackbird Security Toronto for a couple of months. The management is really good, being a student they understand my schedule and alot me the work according to that. My direct reporting manager is Hirdaypal Singh. He provides really good working environment. I case of any emergency he always understand the situation and support his guards as well as the coworkers very well. I would really recommend to join BlackBird Security.

I work at one of the Shoppers in Ottawa and the experience I've had with the Blackbird guards is simply phenomenal.On one occasion I was being harassed by a customer and the security guard quickly stepped in and de-escalated the situation. I feel comfortable going to work, knowing that the guards are competent and aware on how to deal with these types of situations.Their manager frequently comes in and quizzes them on their post orders, as well as asking the staff how our experience has been with the individual guards.Thanks Blackbird!!

Working at Blackbird Security is a fantastic experience. The firm has some incredible venues to offer, and the supervisors are very approachable for the staff. The managers are amazing especially Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Rajat and Mr. Jaideep. They also assign you work according to your schedule which is great for people with limited availability. They always pay significantly more than many other organisations and take good care of their employees. Overall, working with Blackbird has been enjoyable.
