First time here and the guy I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been looking for a specific type of hat for awhile and he had some good insights. I’ll definitely be back to this location. Would recommend.

lids stores In other cities are great. this lids never has any regular flexfit hats. every time I go to this store I never buy anything. I have better luck finding what I want at the abbotsford location.

Pretty much the only good hat store I know of in Chilliwack. They always typically have sales ongoing so usually i'll stock up when they got a good hat sale.They good a good embroidery machine here as well, great for any small business that wants their logo on some hats.The guy working there last time (longer hair) was extremely polite and really great customer service. Well done sir.

I have never had such bad customer sevice from a company in my life ordered 4 hats on line they are shipped to the store 3 times each time they say they are lost an nobody knows where they are as they never made to store months go byt doing this over and over i get whatever hats they have left in stock sent to me direct for free as courtesy then months go by and i get a email and the full charge for all the hat on my credit card i call the manager at the store which then call THEIR company and they said they would call the client me (they never did) then the i follow up again and the manager again calls into their own company and their own company says they wont refund the whole price on the order because i got two of the hats y( yeh the ones they sent me for free) and wont refund the rest now waiting on hold to get money back WORSE SERVICE EVER DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE

Terrible selection at Cottonwood mall

Had a hat customized and it turned out great just the way I expected it to. Good selection of hats and did not take long for hat to be made. Friendly customer service and they do sell masks and face covers aswell
