St. Catharines Enterprise Centre

I had the pleasure of working with Rob Belchoir and Michelle Goulet from the St. Catharines Enterprise Centre in January/February 2023. The led four Small Business Sessions on 'Starting a Small Business', 'Business Plan & Cash Flow Forecasting', ' Market Research' and 'Marketing 101'. Each session was succinct, but very informative to help small businesses either get started, or taken to the next level.But the true value of what they do was taken to the next level during a one-on-one consultation session I booked with after the training sessions. Rob and Michelle, were encouraging, provided exceptional guidance and food for thought to help me better conduct the research for crafting a solid business plan and longer-term strategy. I thought I had a plan when I first booked the meeting, but leading up to the meeting I had begun second guessing my ideas. Not only did Rob and Michelle help me to better flush out my thinking, they inspired me to the possibilities available in what I was proposing to do. The staff and services at The Enterprise Centre are amazing!!! The Company Starter Plus program has helped my launch my new business. The mentorship program and training seminars have given me extensive knowledge to succeed as an entrepreneur! What a fantastic service to the small business community in St. Catharine's. Im so thankful for them and I look forward to seeing their continued funding from our government for their supportive programs, services and grants.
