Had an emergency backup and called Tri-M. They came as soon as they had someone available and took care of everything for me. The plumber that came was very friendly and efficient and put me at ease. They cleaned everything up when they left and I couldnt be happier. Definitely going to call them again.

Technicians are very nice and helpful, the problem was thoroughly explained before going forward. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner as well as having done a great job with clean up. All around great work, will definitely use Tri-M again if needed! Thank you again to the Tri-M team!

I hired Tri-M to flush the draintile system, the plumber came on time andworked efficient. The price quote was for 3-4 hours job but he finished inan hour. Definitely the price was over-estimated and I checked with my neighbors, they paid less than half of what I paid to Tri-M.

Dave and his dedicated team installed new perimeter drainage at our home in North Vancouver and we could not be more pleased with the experience! They were extremely punctual and very professional. They did an absolutely spectacular job and were by far the most professional company which we have dealt with. Dave and his team are truly wonderful people and it shows in the way that they run their business. There is something special in working with a family run business - they care about their customers. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Tri-M Plumbing and Drainage. You will not be disappointed.

On the morning of the appointment, they called to say an urgent job had just come in and they'd have to cancel my appointment. OK... Rescheduled it for the following week. I had to arrange to get home early from work for this. I waited for 2 hours and they never showed up. I called, and turned out my appointment was never in their books. 1/5 for reliability.1 extra star because at least they pick up calls and call back when they say they would.
