Ridiculous exchange policy. The women's there have nothing but attitudes and the prices are getting as ridiculous as the service. Go somewhere else not Worth the headache and hassle. Of I could swear I wouldn't be able to stop that's how irritated I am with that place. Save yourself the bs.

Change rooms close 30 min before they close but they dont announce that. Great selection of brand name clothes in very good or even new condition. This would be a 4 + star based solely on that HOWEVER the employees are so rude when it gets to be about 30 min to closing. You walk in and are greeted" by " we close in a half hour" then the COUNTDOWN begins. Like you have no concept of time or something. Then they finally kick you out at about 10 minutes to. When I was there a man wanted to drop off donations 15 minutes before closing. The cashier was rude and abrupt saying "we can't take those right now we're closing". To which he sarcastically replied "ok well I guess I'll just go throw everything in the dumpster then" and walked out. These people (people who donate AND SHOP are what makes your business what it is. If you close at 9.... you close at 9! We don't need to be made to feel uncomfortable the entire time we're there. I spend a lot of money here and other locations. I also donate A LOT. It definitely makes me reconsider where I donate. At the end of the day is that 10 minutes really worth losing business?"

Prices are too high for a lot of items at this location, and the staff are stubborn or reluctant to discount items because of damage or defects. If goodwill could actually bring thrift" back into this store

Friendly staff...as a donation drop off the items are hit and miss. If you don't find what you are looking for check back in a few days. The inventory is always changing. Most items are reasonable priced. Great for finding kids costumes for Halloween etc .

Just wanted to say that the man working as a cashier on March 27th, 2023 had the sweetest soul. He was making all of the customers smile, myself included. He deserves a raise!!!

Ew, I came here to exchange broken recycling bins and the lady working there was such a Karen. Ill never donate to this location again. Went to the goodwill on welland Ave and had a completely different experience.

Staff were super friendly and they surprisingly have mint condition designer bags. Not a huge selection of brand name clothes if you’re into that when you thrift.

It's good, although it can take a bit of time to get the right size. You can bring in some clothes to get a card stamped which eventually gives you a discount on your purchase. I always leave this store with something, which is what a good thrift store does for me.

Just assume any electronics you purchase here are broken. Prices have increased to a point where it is rare any “deals” will be found.

Goodwill has become so expensive!!!! A user purse is $15. I don't care what name it has on it, it's used!!! I can't believe how much they are charging for used items. Goodwill used to be affordable for people on a fixed income. Not so much anymore.
