Really great experience with Frogbox. They were very responsive and helpful, and it was nice to use the boxes for moving as my items were safe and secure with no worries about boxes ripping or the bottoms falling out! It was also easy to stack them in the Uhaul :) Thanks for all your help!

This was my first time using Frogbox for a move and I'll never use anything else. The booking process was easy, the staff checked in to make sure that we had enough supplies and time, and delivery/pick up were both on time and smooth. The study boxes stack very nicely and made our move easy. Plus having to return the boxes gave us extra motivation to unpack! Highly recommended!

I’m so glad I decided to use Frog Boxes for my move. They were super accommodating when I called to change my delivery date when my move got pushed back by a week. The delivery to my condo was great and the guys were very friendly and then the pick up at my new house was just as smooth. I loved not having to worry about heavy things falling out of the bottom of my boxes like I would with cardboard ones. Also I could stack boxes on top of each other without worried about things being crushed. The dollies were super helpful for moving not only the boxes but also my furniture and large plants.

Excellent service and wonderful people to work with. Frogbox was by far the best part of my move.At first I wasn't sure if I should spend money renting moving boxes or just buy them right out and have them for a while but I'm very glad I went with the former. The boxes were extremely sturdy and easy to stack, plus the labels that came with them made them easy to organize.What stands out the most, however, is there incredible customer service. When I got stuck in the middle of my move and needed to keep the boxes for longer, they went above and beyond to accommodate me at far less of an expense than I anticipated. Their flexibility and understanding was very much appreciated, especially in the midst of a move that otherwise did not go smoothly.Plus, you are supporting a local business! Everyone wins!!

I was very pleased with my experience with Frogboxes. I used 25 boxes which was just about perfect for my move. I found the boxes to have a great capacity, and loved how they were all uniform in size which helped when loading up the truck. The labels made it easy for my moving crew to know which boxes were going where.The delivery service was great, with a reminder call the day before and there was even great flexibility to work with my schedule. He was running a bit late but called to let me know that. The pick up was equally convenient and punctual. Rob was so friendly and helpful as well.I also loved having a time limit on when my boxes were going to be picked up. That helped keep me motivated to get unpacked quickly.I have already recommended your service to some friends and I will again. Thanks for a great experience!

What a GREAT experience. Customer service blew me away. They even let you keep the boxes should you need them longer (not unpacked fully) for a very decent price, so you don't feel rushed.They are super responsive, and accommodate you a ton.FINALLY - the actual product. This is my 3rd move and it was a BIG one, we got movers to help. These boxes are life savers, no looking everywhere for cardboard boxes, easy to stack and fit a lot in 1. I got 50 which was the perfect amount for a 3 bedroom house.

Amazing experience, awesome staff, and wonderful prices. Below are some details.Let's start with the frogbox itself:- Easy to use, very sturdy. No worries about extra taping so it doesn't open at the bottom or crumble from extra weight.- Reduces waste (We have had our fair share of cardboard boxes from new furniture delivery and appliances). It was good that we didn't have to worry about disposing of our moving boxes.- Having sturdy boxes made packing so much easier, we packed our entire one bedroom apartment in a day and a half (we had lots of stuff and used 40 boxes). It was easy to stay organized, boxes can be stacked on top of each other so they weren't in the way.The website:- Very intuitive and easy to use website. Has the all the information you need about the process from A to Z.- Their online store has everything you need to keep your move neat and organized, from labels, to bubble papers, to furniture covers, and moving dolley. Highly recommend buying these things in addition to the boxes, they are not expensive, and you will feel happy you made your life a bit easier for the move.- U-Haul has similar products, but prices and service of Frogbox are much better, and you don't have to deal with call centers and long lines.The staff and team:- Amazing service, very responsive and accommodating of our last minute requests.- professional, respectful and helpful.- They were responsive to my emails at all times. I received responses on weekends and evenings all within a one hour or two hour timeframe (sometimes faster).

Was very easy to order, pay and have boxes delivered and picked up. Email reminders were useful and the delivery person was very helpful and courteous. All of my belongings arrived safely within the green boxes and not having to find/pay for cardboard boxes, tape to pack and unpack and breakdown boxes was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would use again for a future move (which hopefully is not for a good long while.)
