I worked here as a Paralegal for a short period of time before quitting. The staff including HR were extremely hostile and unprofessional. About a month into my hire I got extremely sick with the flu and the HR told me I could only take one day off with a doctor’s note and threatened my employment. So I took the day off and came back only so their senior paralegal sitting across me could get sick and take a week off. I don’t know how that helped me or them. You have to document everything you do including the minutes you spent on the task, even though I went over expectations on the amount of work I did, they would still pull me in an office to reprimand me on irrelevant and trivial things now and then. One day a Senior HR Manager and I were alone, she asked me where I was from and when I answered she rolled her eyes away at me in disgust. I’ve seen lawyers snoozing at their desk with their feet up and paralegals constantly on Facebook, yet they worked so hard to build a case against me. Not sure why they would even hire me in the first place if only to treat me with this level of disrespect. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. I couldn’t stand working there another day. I’ve worked for much better firms. Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars here…
