Heat pump are highly defective. Mine got broken and not worth repairing after just 7 years of usage. And it was the same with my neighbours and with also two other neighbours just a few doors away. I contacted carrier by emails and phone to discuss the situation and they never return calls/emails. I will never buy any product from them again and will advise anyone I know to do the same. The customer service is as bad as their products.
