I was looking for replacement dement chairs for our dining room and found the salesperson very helpful. I had tried the internet but had limited success and was unable to determine which chair would be the most comfortable. Manorhouse had a good selection of chairs that came in the 30 inch high seating level and their price was very good.

The item I purchased was flawed. Got no satisfaction. A few years later, dining room set started to delaminate and I was told the manufacturer went out of business.

Family owned and operated business. Very knowledgeable staff, not at all pushy. They have quality furniture at decent prices. Overall a much better shopping experience than big box stores. I won't shop anywhere else.

We bought a recliner and footstool last year. They told us it was leather but has proven to be a cheap imitation and has fallen apart. When approached to complain their answer was “tough”...never boy from them again.

We were looking for a specific piece of furniture and I emailed 6 different furniture retailers with the details of want we wanted. Judy at Manorhouse was the only one to reply back. We stopped in and spoke to her and took a couple of fabric samples home to look at. Went in the next day and placed the order . The delivery was on time and the delivery guys , ( Christian and Zack ) were great. Very friendly and fast. Set the new item up, removed the old one for us and took all packaging with them. We were also very happy with the price of the item.
