I had a great experience here. The owner was very friendly, and helped me with what I needed quickly. He even reminded me to take a photo of the tracking number on my parcel, incase of a mishap. I would recommend this location for your shipping needs.

Don't waste your time anywhere else. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable on shipping. Best customer service experience I've had anywhere in a really long time. I appreciate your efforts and assistance after I wasted 45 minutes elsewhere, it took Pak Mail 5 minutes.

I had to ship a small laptop back to my employer and they (my employer) sent me a small box w/paid return bill of lading. The box was crumpled and barely big enough for the laptop and peripherals. The gentleman who assisted me (manager or store owner) quickly realized my dilemma, unpacked what I had pieced together and brought out a box 3 times as long and twice as thick. He wrapped the laptop securely in bubble wrap, stuffed in peripherals, applied lading and he chatted pleasantly with me the whole time.How much do I owe you" . . . Nothing!Top notch service."

We sell concrete products and ship through PakMail, I never have a bad experience with the Gentleman behind the counter. Usually always makes me laugh. Super easy and flawless procedure. Highly recommend!

Needed a quote to ship to BC and the person behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. He was realistic in terms of what I should expect if I were to ship this a week before Christmas suggested the most cost effective way of shipping instead of pushing FedEx over Canada Post (the dilemma I had of choosing between the two).When I am in Edmonton and have the need to ship something off and have the time to go over to this location I hands down will and will recommend others to do the same.BEWARE: PORCH PIRATESAlso, with recent growing trends with, porch pirates" I'd strongly recommend adding the extra $2 via Canada Post of the signature option with UPS or FedEx because it is worth your money and the person receiving to have this assurance."

Worst service ever. Missed my delivery on Monday.Called Monday and they said they would re-deliver on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and no delivery. Called back Tuesday and they said we will deliver Wednesday today".I check the tracking online it says it is still sitting at pak facility so I called to make sure I am getting delivery. They informed me I am not and I must request delivery again but it is not guaranteed.They said because I missed the first delivery it is set for pick up only. I don't drive so pick up is not an option.So two days wasted waiting at home for package and now I still have to wait for more for them to decide if they can find a driver to deliver it.How can a delivery service not deliver and not have drivers to pick the package up?"
