First time in Toronto. Chose this Japanese restaurant and the food is great! We chose 8-pc Sushi set, Beef Don and Nagoya Don. At the end we also ordered the Mucha Cheesecake and all dishes taste absolutely great! Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

Very fresh and delicious and the price is affordable. The best high-quality seafood rice bowl in Toronto. More importantly, the service was absolutely brilliant, and friendly. A casual atmosphere and great value for what you're getting. Even got a 10% off coupon after. Will visit again!

The sashimi was so thin I felt like I wasn’t eating fish. There was way too much rice. You’re getting 20% sashimi and 80% rice for $40. Some pieces were rlly fishy and not fresh. At the end they were trying to sell us coupons, coming from a restaurant that just opened whose target is to retain customers.

This is my first time trying a seafood bowl and it was really good. This was actually my first time trying high quality fresh fish and it was a really really good impression. I come from AYCE sushi and mid tier sushi restaurants and the difference is crazy. I will be coming back.I strongly encourage you to save some money and try out the food!

Just stop by the place and having a meal. Didn’t expect too much for the newly opened restaurant. However, everything was surprisingly perfect. Foods are delicious, servers are very patient and friendly. Highly suggest to try if you plan to have a family party or reunion celebration. Will definitely come back again.

Went to try Hana Don, and we ordered:* Salmon Carpaccii*Yuzu Ankimo - Monkfish Liver with ponzu sauce* Toyoso Don - Sweet shrimps, Salmon, White Fish, Scallop & Ikura on premium sushi rice*Large Premium Hana Don - Hana's top selection of seasonal seafood, which whole abalone on premium sushi rice.The fish is very fresh and delicious and there is so many options, definitely coming back again.

4.2/5Tasty and authentic sushi bowls! We tried the Hokkai Don and the Premium Bara Don. The fish was reasonably fresh and the quality and texture of the sushi rice was very good. Each bowl came with a side of miso soup. The Premium Bara Don is of a larger portion with a variety of toppings so this was our favourite.The menu offers an ample selection of sushi bowls and rolls so it was fun deciding what to order. They are in the process of obtaining a liquor license so for now, there is not alcohol offered at this location.The restaurant is new, bright, and clean. The servers are professional and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience!

my experience was far from enjoyable in hanadon. The server seemed uninterested in taking our order and didn't seem to have a good knowledge of the menu. He hardly paid attention to what we were saying and seemed to be in a rush to move on to the next table. When we asked for clarification on certain dishes, he didn't seem to care about our preferences and spoke with us from English to mandarin suddenly. My friend cannot speak mandarin (tho she has Asian face) but the server seemed annoyed and didn't switch his language back. We understand if he’s sick while he wore a mask! but if not sick, it was cold and disappointing.For the food, bara don was fresh but I can’t believe there are so many arctic beches in it? I wouldn’t expected there are lots of arctic beaches as the server didnt told us like that.

I will be coming back for their other bowl. I’ve been looking to get a straight to the point sashimi bowl that fulfilled all the rare sashimi. This place is straight to the point.I had one of their bowl and deep fried oyster:14 dollars of something. Personally I’m not a fan of their deep fried oyster thought it was a waste of money but overall I love their uni - so I will be coming back.
