Working with Marisa was very quick and easy. Although the total timeline was long, she was honest and upfront about it. This company is absolutely amazing! I was feeling defeated and just stuck, worried about not being able to get a pardon. Pardon Partners was the first and only call I needed to make. Marisa and the team knew right away I needed an old file destruction that was lingering on my background check for employment. She emailed me some brief forms for some basic personal history and the process was started. I was told it could take up to 18 months but probably won't. The next thing I knew Marisa emailed me 4 months later, Congratulations." Throughout the process Marisa was on top of it answering my questions quickly and accurately. I was emailed reminders
