Great work, very professional. Ibrahim and his team provided my Wife and I a fully custom walk-in closet storage system, pantry storage and pull out drawers for our kitchen cabinets. Couldn't be more happy with the job. Will definitely recommend.

On April 21st 2022, paid $3000 deposit for a total work of $6300. Installed only 30% of the total job, that too unfinished. June 11th additional amount of $1500 paid, and was promised to have the remainder work done in the week of Jun 20th. Today it is July 19th, both owners neither pick their phones ( blocked incoming calls after taking deposit), nor responding to emailse.Very poor service. Go to their business, its locked. People, please be careful."...."

Long story short, avoid Emerson Inc. at all costs. They are nothing but disappointing and a headache, but keep reading for the long story. Can you believe a company that you would like to hire, would threaten you regarding permits for your own personal basement (not for rent), just because you informed them they were not professional. Ha ha. I wouldn’t believe it either, but that is what you’ll be dealing with if you hire Emerson Inc.. Ibrahim and Jewel, husband and wife of this terrible company are quite the thieves. Looks like recently, they started to take 50% deposits before the work has even commenced. Then after 2 weeks they’ll tell you, blah blah “we are too busy”. This company is definitely not busy, they only have 5 reviews. If you guys were busier, you’d have more reviews of people saying how ‘professional’ you are. But wait, you don’t!
