Great customer service! Honoured their own price match policy! Apart from losing a few dollars due to tax miscalculation (not a big deal). Owner was professional and courteous, but do expect a few days sometimes for them to respond by email. Purchased the jacket online, he took good care and packed the jacket well for transit as jacket was in excellent condition upon arrival. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase!

Nice guys, when you can get a hold of them, which is nearly impossible. 7 weeks after I placed my order, I got a final message explaining that they were waitingfor a customer to return a coat in my size to provide me my coat but that it's unlikely at this point so they can offer me a refund or exchange. If this is your business model then charge me when you ship the item, not before! Also, I had to initiate a message from their website to get them to talk, because in this last while a normal e-mail to their customer service or a phone call got me no where. Don't believe me? I have 3 email transcripts detailing their response, all of which came from me following up with them because they did not provide any updates by themselves, ever. I was trying to give them extra time because I realize small businesses are having trouble during COVID-19 but I think 7 weeks is generous enough, given their website promises they will ship your item in 48 hours! A quick search online will show you other customers having equally bad or worse experiences.Honestly, FadedSoul my advice to you is to communicate with your customers clearly. i) If you cannot fulfill an order, that's OK, just tell your customers ASAP ii) if you cannot meet the shipping times promised, explain this to your customers ASAP and give them a real ETA iii) initiate the charge only when the items get shipped. I hope you guys can turn yourselves around! However, at this time I would not recommend anyone roll the dice with FadedSoul, even if there is a deal to be had.

Based on your awful reviews I definitely won't be doing any transactions with this business. Sounds like you need a lesson in customer service.

I recieved instructions from Kyle via email to return a coat. After it was delivered I inquired via email about the refund and NOW the email is unavailable, not found! So I left an inquiry via the customer service portal and it's been a week with no response. I should of read the reviews before purchasing. No refund and no point of contacts just in time when the coat delivered...sounds intentional.

I've bought from them before and it's been good but in the last 2 weeks I've sent emails about my account being gone (the site claims I never had an account with my email address registered). I've sent several emails and none of them have been replied to. Pretty annoyed since I paid for the lifetime membership and have bought several pricey items from them over the last 2 years.

I ordered a Mackage jacket and is very happy with the overall purchase. I bought a Medium winter jacket I’m 5”4 and 140 pounds and it’s true to size. The delivery was fast. I order it on Jan 2 and received on Jan 9 to Alberta. I would definitely order again.

I placed an order online, A week later I received an email from Kyle stating the size I wanted was out of stock and he Was issuing a refund. I replied asking if a different color was available. I have not received a reply and the Sale is still pending on my card weeks later: I would not order from this retailer, they are completely unprofessional.

This place is the bestI bought a coat from them and I never got a better service that what they gave me. They took the time to explain me the difference between two coats. Directly when I ordered the coat they shipped it. They are really fast in shipping. The staff is amazing and friendly. I recommend Faded soul to everyone that would like to have an amazing service. I purchased a Moose Knuckles Stirling parka off of their website. I spoke with Jim on the phone prior to placing my order to ensure they had the jacket in stock. He was wonderful to talk to about the brand and sizing (they run small). He also made sure it was shipped the same day!I live in the US so if anyone is having mixed feelings about making a purchase from another country, you don't have to with this company. With the USD to CAD exchange rate, it's like getting a 25% discount.

I was looking for a difficult to find Moose Knuckle jacket. Couldn't find the color i wanted in my size. Found Faded Soul who only had my second choice available on line. I emailed the company and got a reply by the next morning. Chris was super helpful and helped me figure out the right size for the jacket, then, without me asking, let me know he had already put in a request and started looking for the color i wanted even though it was not listed as in stock on the site. We had a couple of exchanges prior to ordering and each response (all very quick) had a nice personal touch. Even had a first time user coupon that worked on a brand coat that almost NEVER allows discounts to be applied! Great company! Great Customer service! and i had the coat in 2 days! Don't hesitate ordering from this company. All around great experience!
