Very secure, but the payment process is 100% automated so that can be a pain if you wanted to do cash.

Seriously. How does one rate a garage? Let's see. Well lit. 24 hour security. And minimal homleas peeing in the stairwell. Cost is ridiculous if they expect people to shop downtown.

My car was broken into while parked. Security had no idea it had even happened. Homeless people are always hanging out in the stair case or sleeping in the elevator.

Free on Weekends and Holidays. Free after 6PM on weekdays.Event Parking is $5. Charging spots for e-vehicles. Parking lot is in decent walking distance to many downtown places. The City really screwed up the retail space on the street front. There is no way to access water in the facilities. Now you know why they sit empty.

As a construction worker, working on one of St. Catharines' own city projects (which I won't mention), the bylaw officers would continually target construction workers for parking related issues. The details are too long and enraging to explain.Anyway, I succumbed to the Garden Park/Carlisle Street Garage for parking. At the entrance of the car park, there is the toll arm (the thing that swings up and down) that permits you to enter the car park.As I am already a very cantankerous and short-tempered man, one day I simply drove my car into the mechanical toll arm. This is before the security guard had a chance to react.I notice, when I arrived the next morning, the arm was not working, and pylons had to be moved to and fro to allow cars to enter. There is a small chance I was the guy who broke the mechanical toll arm. However, most likely it was not me.

5 out of 5 horrible place to park. Would rather walk 10 miles than park my car in there. The security guy was a total douche, go have a another nap chap.

Good price (5$ at events and free after 6), well lit, and makes a good use of its space. The by-law officers run a very tight ship as they say, so you can be sure you will be safe late at night.

Well folks, if you drive and you're worried about parking and your car not being where you parked it was, not here. People take advantage of the smaller things in life .When was the last time you thought about security on your vehicle when you parked your car. No need to worry about anything. Your car will be where you parked it.

Have not had a problem in this car park. Free after 6pm and on weekends (except during events, when it is $5)
