Hazelmere Kennels

Great facility and staff! Our two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Cocker Spaniel, stay there every time we travel. This time they stayed for over 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. The best of it all is that we can go away and not be worried.

Hazelmere Kennels is the perfect kennel for our two mini dachshunds, Cali & Kona. For small dogs, Hazelmere has an area with private runs as well as group play areas. They keep our two together, which is very helpful as they are quite reliant on each other.The owner has gone out of her way for us in accommodating our needs beyond our expectations.Our pups love going to Hazelmere and get so excited when they see the staff.Hazelmere has been in operation for many many years and has an abundance of experience.

Wonderful Kennel and Wonderful Owners. We left our Tippy there for 20 days while we were away. When we picked him up he was happy. He was clearly well taken care of. Thank you for caring for him. We will definitely be back.

Great place for boarding. The team there is always great and always treats you and your pets like family! Roger and May are awesome at what they do and they have been in the industry for decades. They are the best when it comes to dog boarding!!!!

This was the first time that I have used a kennel and they had been recommended to me by my vet. I was so worried about leaving her anywhere overnight but Hazelmere Kennels was amazing to deal with. Very friendly welcome and they treated Willi great right from the start. I was very happy on how they welcomed us and treated her throughout her stay. Hazelmere Kennels has been an absolute joy over the years. I appreciate the thoroughness when booking as well as their professionalism from all the staff and owners. We were lucky to find out about Hazelmere last Christmas when we were struggling to find a place for our 11 year old Welsh Terrier as everyone was travelling after COVID.All I can say is that I couldn’t have been more impressed.Before booking May asked me to come see Hazelmere and then took me on a tour of the kennels. The openness to show ‘behind the scenes’ and the great pride in the care Hazelmere provides made me feel very comfortable leaving my Welshie in a new kennel.I got updates about his progress and that May had added walks to him adjust.This year when we booked another trip we knew where to leave him.Picking him up he was like a puppy again and I was fortunate to chat with Roger (May’s son) and the love of dogs and the commitment to providing a really positive environment definitely runs in the family.Over the years I’ve used other kennels and told myself everything was okay. But this is the first time I would say I know for sure how my Welshie was whilst I was away.Thank youMay and Roger
