Wasn't excited about the owner blasting videos and music in some other language at top volume. Made UT awkward and hard to hear our conversations around our table but she didn't kind....

Can't speak for the Atmosphere as we did drive thru, but the service was great. The Shake was more of a slushy...I guess no dairy. Tasty, but not what we were expecting .

Initial service with order taker was good. Unfortunately he did not hear our complete order and we did not get a receipt so we had to take their word we didn’t pay for the missing item.The presenter was not friendly or helpful when we told her part of our order was missing. Looked at her screen and said you didn’t pay for it. I can ring it in and told my son the price.Not that I expect it for free but now we would be waiting on part of the meal due to their error. Not even an apology. When I am paying a premium for their food I would expect premium service.Can go to McD’s for better value with similar or better service. They would realize they made the mistake and at least apologized.The food we did get was good. Not as hot as we would expect as we waited for it but ingredients were fresh.

This is the BEST A&W I have been in, in YEARS! The staff is friendly, shop is clean, food is at its highest presentation possible! GOOD JOB EVERYONE! You make dining out a wonderful experience!!!

Young boy who was absolutely delightful while serving me made my day! I recall he told be his name was Finley or Findley? (Sorry if I misspelled that) but other than it was a bit slow 5/5 for me!
