Budget Blinds of East York

I am very unhappy with the 900+ dollar product I had installed (automatic skylight blind). The battery would not hold a charge and wouldn't properly stay on the track. The blinds were then replaced and the same issue happened again after the battery died. Neil please call me back so we can schedule a time for you to replace this blind with a manual one.[UPDATE] Neil came by today to install a manual blind and provided me with a partial refund.

Neil Rebello, franchise owner and is the man who does the work was extremely unprofessional and Ii extremely regret doing business with him . His customer service skills is so bad. He verbally gave me 2 price options upon first visit and I chose the lower quality option with lower price, he came back to install my selected product yesterday and after finishing installation (not before) he wanted to charge me for the price of the higher quality blinds. We did not have an evidence in writing about pricing but he insisted on demanding the higher price. When I insisted to pay him what we agreed on first visit, he got upset, screaming and behaving so unprofessionally. My advice, don't use this east York franchise business. I learned a lesson by always documenting the agreements and pricing with any service provider and I will never do business with Budget blinds though I think other franchise owners are much better than this East York according to the google reviews.

Had a great experience with Neil and Budget Blinds of East York for a fairly sized project. They quoted the product accurately, installed it efficiently, and have been available for assistance post installation. I would without hesitation recommend them to others.
