I've been dealing with lawfirm for a few years now. I have always recieved great service no mater what reprsetation I was receiving. I find them very professional and probably the best Law Firm in the city. Would highly recommend. As they deall with a multitude of areas of law they have the teams to support your needs. 5 Stars. To a comment that was previously made. Don't find they are over priced, I'm just a poor retired army guy...plus the staff they have working everything for you I never once felt put off or not in the know. I loved there straightforward approach....they say it like it is....if you want the sky and stars they may say can't do that and hears why, but I can get you the mountain tops. Great firm.Thank you

I wish I could rate the individuals, and not the whole firm, but I will not be using their services after our most recent home purchase. This was not my first home purchase, and will not be the last, but it will be the last time I work with Andrew Wolfson.This started as a typical home purchase, but on closing day, the property was in a far worse state than we anticipated, and a number of the clauses that we had built into the offer, were not met by the seller. We had requested a reduction in price based on what we anticipated the costs would be for fixing all of the issues, and ended up in argumentative negotiation with the seller.After we did not close on the actual closing date, Andrew had called me in an attempt to scare us into accepting the house as is, stating that if we did not close, the seller was likely to sue, and that we would be responsible for the added legal fees. Even though the clauses built into the offer were not met, we were the ones being threatened by our own lawyer, to hurry up and just close.We finally closed more than 24 hours late, and didn't get a fraction of what we had asked for, which I believe is mainly to do with Andrew's lack of representation for us as his client.We received a measly $1200 hold back, and then to add insult to injury, Andrew decided that because he had to put in extra time" he was going to take an additional $230 off of the hold back. *Also important to note that he we wasn't even there for our mortgage signing. He had someone else meet us for that

I had an excellent experience with George Ash who assisted me with the purchase and sale of my home. He was thorough, timely and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services.I was also very impressed with his assistant Leanne Williams who was incredibly professional and responsive throughout .

I used Andrew and his staff at BoyneClark LLP as my lawyer for a real estate transaction in 2022. This was not my first time buying a house or interacting with a lawyer, and I previously had excellent experiences with lawyers for real estate elsewhere. In a new city, I didn't think too hard about picking the right one. After all, I thought, A real estate lawyer doesn't need to do much right apart from tell me what documents to send for closing, give me the number for the escrow account, act as a trusted third party for the money and deed to change hands, and then give me the final paperwork.The reason I give two stars, instead of one, is that Andrew was able to act as a trusted third party for the transaction. Everything else was so poor that I can only assume this office is coasting on a past reputation.Throughout, I had the impression of managing a recalcitrant junior employee: I would find myself wondering how the office was getting on with the last thing we'd talked about, because it had been a while and I hadn't heard anything. I'd try to follow up with them, and almost without exception fail to get in touch the first time or two. Then eventually I'd manage to contact whoever was working on this part, and generally they hadn't done anything, and didn't answer the questions I had.The first problem was getting the information necessary to close to my lawyer. To do that, I needed my lawyer to answer simple questions about exactly what documents they needed. Since these were questions like You told me I would need fire insurance to close. I know who NOT TO CALL if I ever need representation! Called more than a dozen times and left voicemail with numerous people the switchboard has sent me to and NOT ONE has returned my calls after 4 business days! Unacceptable

The very first time I went to my consult and they had the wrong type of lawyer, even though I had written in advance and gave copies of the court papers so they'd be somewhat familiar. Worse than that is that the lawyer didn't tell us he didn't handle what we were there to consult about even though they knew several days earlier what it was about. Thankfully they refunded me for that consult. The next one was with their K.C. lawyer, T.Sheppard; he wanted $5,000 to look at any evidence. Isn't that what a consult is for? Since when does a consult not involve SHOWING EVIDENCE?! What did I pay for?

Dealt with my house purchase. Brutal office. Did not keep me Informed at all and then hit me with thousands in hidden fees. Andrew Wolfsson was very impatient and condescending. Needless to say I will not be back nor will I recommend this office to anyone.
