Horrible service. Confirmed time the night before for install. Everything was a go. Was than sent a message after they were 15 mins late that they were going to be another 2 hours. When asked to ensure they were on time.. for a second time. as my entire house was upside down waiting for the flooring to go in. They proceeded to tell us to find someone else. do not recommend. Go elsewhere .

I recently moved from Arizona and found that every house here had lush flooring to get a hefty tag from me. However, I managed to find a home stuck in the post-construction process affordably. I financed for every finishing detail from painting, lighting, ventilation, heating and even flooring. I’d say, they're by far the best results were offered by Floor Plan Inc. These guys were well informed and equipped. Took just two days to floor all my house, including the deck and baths. Highly appreciated! Very reasonable and complaint. Thanks, Team!

I’ve been saving to renovate my space to become a bit more welcoming and presentable. I have purchased amazing decorations over time, but they all fade away in front of the carpet laid in my living room. When I came to know about floor Plan, I was excited to call them and get a designed sheet vinyl coat. However, when I expressed my requirements, they consulted to opt for the luxury vinyl plank flooring. It's easy to install, durable and more comfortable to walk on. I felt in love with the new Oakwood style flooring. I wish I’d known them before.

I would never hire this company again, made the plan for them to come out, had the whole house ready for them. They call 1 min before there supposed to be here and told us they would be late, then canceled all together and told me find someone else by text message how unprofessionalis that. Literally copied and pasted there text message: OK just live it. Find somebody else. Have a good weekend."All because I questioned why they would be so late to a job that was scheduled 1 week prior. Very poor customer service and hopefully they don't ruin anyone else's weekend with false promises."

I work as a project manager for an infill design builder. I have hired Floor Plan Inc for many LVT flooring jobs. I normally hire them on behalf of a client but I also used there services at my personal residence. I am always happy with their quality of work. They get the job done in a timely manner and alway cleanup after them selves.

Perfect all-rounder Flooring Company. Installed flooring everywhere in my apartment with precision and elegance. I really admire the decision to cover the balcony floor as well with the luxury vinyl planks. It looks great. Even my friends and family praise the choice. Thanks, Floor Plan!
