We had our kitchen renovated several years ago by Trish at Wright Kitchens. Last year we had an issue with a corner cabinet door and they came out and repaired it at no charge. Last week we had an issue with a pot drawer and they came out yesterday and did a repair again free. Amazing service by a fantastic company to deal with. To show our appreciation each service call we made a donation to the Burlington Food Bank as a sign of appreciation for outstanding service by a local company.

We are in-love with our new kitchen from The Wright Kitchen! We are so grateful to The Wright Kitchen and their team in Ancaster for all of their help with design, recommendations and installation. They were so easy to work with. They listened to our needs and wants, and made sure we got everything we wanted in our limited space. The entire process with them was so easy and straight forward. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to design and install a new kitchen or even just make an update. And their installation team is amazing, they clean up after themselves and take so much care while in your home. The service team is also amazing... any questions or concerns you might have after install, they are right there to answer them. We never had any issues, but we definitely had a lot of questions about maintenance and care and they were there to help.

We had a big kitchen renovation designed by Gaby from The Wright Kitchen in Ancaster. This was the largest project ever to be undertaken in our home. Having Gaby come to our home to measure up, we felt instantly more confident and relaxed about the whole project. We had a few ideas of what we thought we might like, although somewhat disjointed. But alas, Gaby came to our rescue. She listened to our likes and dislikes and what ideas we had, then miraculously came up with the most amazing kitchen design. She suggested putting in a bigger window which really opened up the space, but also meant losing wall space which initially we thought would mean losing cabinets. That was not to be the case. Gaby designed our kitchen in such a way that we lost no storage space at all, and yet managed to make our kitchen appear so much bigger than it had looked previously.The installation went without a hitch, thanks to Gaby pulling everything together between the installers and contractors, and overseeing all the work. We can’t thank Gaby enough for going above and beyond and would absolutely highly recommend her and The Wright Kitchen.

Was excited to see what Christina from Wright Kitchen can do to completely renovate our kitchen with new cabinets, etc. and design. But punctuality and cancelling meetings was the theme. Was an hour late for initial visit to our home. At our follow up meeting... she noticed we were not overly impressed with the designs so wanted an extra day or so to come up with new ones...so a new meeting was set. Only for it to be rescheduled, last minute, 3 times (onto 3 different days...cancelling 30 minutes before the scheduled time each day). Final date and evening time picked: We showed up on time at the Ancaster showroom. Christina no showed" at their Ancaster showroom while we waited an extra 30 minutes in the evening...without a courtesy call or anything. Christina had all these great ideas (at least expressed she did)...but time management is very poor. No respect for our time. Very unfortunate...we really wanted to make a change...but now we will be looking elsewhere."

I'd concur with Tim. Similar experience recently with helping a friend do his kitchen. He gave up and went elsewhere. We had a very good experience with our bathroom vanity, though. Excellent quality.
