Cornerstone location is always great to deal with! Love the lady who works at the Canada post counter she’s always so friendly and remembers me which is a pleasant surprise. Call last week to ask about a 20 piece glass jar set and the cashier placed me on a small hold, went to check and said he had them in stock. He placed them on hold for me and I drove in. It was nice to see an employee go out of his way to hold a product and to always physically check to ensure they had it! A+ I wish I had spent the time to write his name down. He deserves recognition!

Pathetic! Poor service ! Poor Speaking English Staff at the pharmacy! Takes wayyy to long to get your Prescription filled! Best to go to anothet pharmacy for your prescriptions .

This used to be a good place when Glen was still around because he is very helpful and I can see that he treats everyone with respect. Now, this place is going down the drain. The pharmacy lady staff behind the pill counter was so rude. She was yelling and she kept asking, can I help you? Do you need anything while I am just standing, waiting for my medicine (which I always do). Like, I don’t want to talk to you rude lady. I am just there to pick up my prescription and someone is already getting it for me. I have been a long time customer and I am taking my business elsewhere. Front counter supervisor Charlotte was also rude with other people. I have seen her last time I went there. People here needs to be trained properly specially those who are managing it. You need to treat your customers with respect. If you can’t do that, just close this business down. You are ruining Shoppers Drug Mart (Cornerstone).

The post office staff is very unreliable and does not take responsibility for their mistakes. I went to mail a card, lined up, paid the postage they told me and then received the card back in the mail with an insufficient postage" sticker and no apology on their part. Also

Go here if you as a potential asthmatic want to be refused the right to fill your salbutamol inhaler. The only one there with any respect is Glen.

I work for Canada Post and send money grams on a daily basis for customers.It breaks my heart that Canada Post serves aboriginals with disrespect! Be kind and unwind?!?

Pharmacist wouldn't call in my coverage, I got the same prescription in Saskatoon covered no problem because the pharmacist called my insurance and got it covered no problem.

Went to pick up a prescription and the person that was supposed to help me wanted me to talk or should I say yell while he was behind the preparation and pill counter, I refused to be helped like this, I said to him if he could speak to me by the counter cash register, in a normal way. I am always helped with respect when Glen is working.
