Very rude people to deal with, brought my 7 HP Honda rototiller in for servicing, picked it up after I paid a hefty bill, got home and tried to start it and found out they wrecked the carburetor, returned to the store and they said they had never worked on it. Go ANYWHERE ELSE but this place!!

The staff here go above and beyond for their customers.. we have bought several pieces of equipment from them .. wood chipper, chain saw, parts for our pressure washer, a gas straight shaft weed eater .. right down to refuse pickers (and they even warranty the rubber cups on them!), yard work helmets, safety glasses, gloves.. they honor all their warranties in good faith.

Up in smoke, literally. We paid 200$ to repair a mower than didn’t last 5 min once it was started at home. We made the trip across town, again…. And were met unapologetically with offers to keep the broken mower and sell us one with lesser features. “No, no thank you…” But! For only 105$ more they’d sell us a different used one. “O-K, well guess we’re kinda stuck….. but start it first.” Upon starting there was nothing but blue smoke so they tried to make adjustments. Following adjustments, it caught fire, literally. Ppl across the street were recording this mower as it burned beside our truck. Low and behold, attitudes changed swiftly and our money was returned promptly. This business is rubble to us, support somewhere else local.

I stopped by to purchase a new mower. But I was far more knowledgeable about the mowers than the sales person. Also, the prices averaged 100 dollars more than the big box stores.

Bought a Ryobi power washer from Home Depot and let the gas sit and carb was clogged. Home Depot said find an authorized service dealer for Ryobi and washed their hands of it. Looked up authorized dealers and found these guys. They fixed it quickly and provided great guidance on fuel issues and sold me some Aspen fuel to put in when its going to sit for a while. What I thought was going to be a major pain to get this brand new power washer fixed turned into exactly the opposite. These guys are great and i also got a hand written note on how to manage fuel. Exceptional service. Will take my lawn mower there for service even though its a long drive for me..it well worth it. Thanks for the great service Chilliwack Outdoor Power Equipment!!!
