June 19 we picked up our Venue and after driving it past 2 weeks it’s a great car. George gave us great customer service we went to other dealerships and returned back to Toronto Hyundai. They helped us when there was a delivery issue which was a pleasant surprise. The manager Ricko offered us a quick solution very kind of him. Joseph happily honored a trade in value price that was 2 months old. Mitra was great offered us a great deal for the extended warranty package. We have bought a few cars in the past and we must say the team at this dealership give high customer service. Coming from a 2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range I was hesitant on the switch over. Walked into the dealership for a viewing appointment with Hank Lee. I seriously had no expectations and did not think I’d walk out the same day as the owner or a 2023 Sonata Sport. Hank was very honest with me from the get go and was able to navigate me through all the little quirks and features the car has to offer. Everything was processed in a very timely manner. Thank you Hank Lee and Toronto Hyundai for this beautiful new car!

I just bought the car almost 2 months ago and my tires are defective on 2 front tires. I went to the Hyundai company in Toronto to report the incident but they blamed me while I was never hit. The quality of tires given to me by the company is too poor quality, the management is also irresponsible with the above problem and tries to get money for $230 per tire from me. In fact, other tire companies still guarantee the quality for up to 1-2 years, and the quality of the tires here is less than 2 months old, an error has occurred and even forced me to buy insurance for the tires. I find it ridiculous, I recommend everyone to check everything carefully before buying a car here. I feel really disappointed with the service here.

If you are looking for a new car and considering a Hyundai, I would recommend our sales representative York. He was Amazing and very knowledgeable. We needed a car right away and he took care of us. He's very nice and went the extra mile even after we picked up our new car.5 stars !!

The worst customer experience I ever had. If I could rate this as a negative 5 stars I would. First they don’t care about your concerns. They just want to make a quick sale. Telling me my new sales agent is just doing a favor to my old sales agent which is not there that’s why he is doing the bare minimum. Second they will try to blame you for the damage from the car that’s just 3 days after picking up a Brand New car telling me I have to shoulder the expense. When its clearly a manufacturer defect. Third they will judge your character telling me that I yell when I raised my voice to address my concern about the damage car because the Service Manager just jump into conclusion that it was a rock chip and they will not do anything about the damage and I will have to shoulder the repair I said on a brand new car. My sales agent doesn’t even bother to do a final inspection of the car he doesn’t even bother to verify if my tire lock key is on the car. Whenever I call my sales agent he doesn’t even answer. I have to call parts just ask for my tire lock key. My experience on this dealership is just a nightmare its supposed to be a pleasant experience especially it’s a mother day gift for my wife and I paid cash for this. Now whenever I look at the car it just brings back bad memories. From the Finance Manager, Sales Agent, Sales Manager to the Service Manager its just one big fiasco. @ the owner which service manager your pertaining to. The one that keeps dodging my calls. Whenever I call the dealership they're not on their desk. Is this the kind of service that you're offering to your customer. Lets just give them a brand new car if they notice a defect after picking it up lets just pass the blame to the customer. To the owner put yourself in my shoes you bought a brand new car you paid in cash 67 Thousand Dollars 3 days after you found a defect. You went to dealership service manager says you have to shoulder it what would you do. Is it normal for a brand new car to have condensation in their signal lights? I have added additional pictures. The area that surrounds the hole has no dent, scratches or scuffles so you think its a chip rock?

Brian (Service Advisor) turned an unacceptable situation into a pleasant one! I brought my car in on Wednesday and was told that a diagnostic needed to be done after which I would be contacted later, or on Thursday (I also found out about a recall which I wasn't notified of). Didn't get a call neither Wednesday or Thursday. I called a couple of times on both days and was told that someone would call me by Thursday latest 2:30 pm. I waited til 5:15 pm and then proceeded to call; I was on hold for 17 minutes! Still no call-back. I finally went in on Friday with the intention to pick up my car, whether it was fixed or not, and, however, was told that the repair was done and car was ready for pickup. If I hadn't gone in my car would've sat there the whole weekend and still no call! What turned everything around was the great customer service I received from Brian. He turned a very negative situation into a positive one. I was prepared to file a complaint otherwise. At the end of the day skilful communication is key and Brian used it well! Thank you Brian!!
