I do like shopping here whenever I go it never seems overly busy, which I like. The only thing that was confusing was that their carts are 25 cents, not $1 like everywhere else,so you need to remember that.

Every time I go in, there are never any roasted chickens & I am told it will be 1/2 to 3/4 hr wait.I must say the staff is very friendly & helpful

First time shopping here. At first my husband and I were impressed by the large selection of international foods and decent prices. Our experience quickly soured as we noticed that your loss prevention officer decided that my black husband needed to be followed closely around the store. We will not be back!! We will be spending our hard earned money at a store that does not treat my husband like a criminal because of the color of his skin. What an absolutely appalling experience!

It's nice. They scan your scene card. Lots of ethnic foods especially in the freezer aisle, but I love that. Not really low cost, but their roasted chickens are the cheapest that I've found and they are good.

Very excited to try this new grocery in Red Deer. Since Safeway was my one and only grocery store in Red Deer. Sad to say goodbye but definitely expect something new and competitive than others,But very disappointed from the first perspective. This shop has nothing special. If the prices up quality needs to be top thats how it works with many customers like me (regular) but compared to price, product is just same as other or even cheap.Really disappointed.

Not sure why it's called FRESH"Co. They don't have a bakery or a butcher. This used to be Safeway and I loved it. The only good thing is that the Pharmacy is still there and those people are amazing!!!!"

Great store and awesome staff. They have a wide variety of international goods. I like to try snacks for far away lands as well as fantastic prices. I shop here at least once a week. You should too.

Pretty unorganized as it is the first day of opening but I definitely expected better prices and deals for the grand opening of the store. Friendly staff and clean store. When at the self check out, the store had a lot of staff just standing around but not helping customers. Obviously they need some better training as you should not be standing in a circle at self check out talking.

I was saddened to see seniors debating if a package of ground beef that was grey and had a $3 off sticker on it, a day past best the before date would still be edible.It may just be our economy and the general cost of food but my opinion of freshco is very low. Their quality is questionable. I gave two stars simply because the customer service staff were wonderful!

Great store, even better prices. (Think of a glorified No-Frills)Let’s keep in mind that this is Freshco, an “affordable” grocery store, and not a SAFEWAY. While I liked Safeway, I like Freshco just as much as it’s budget friendly.Want a bakery, fresh deli, grocery store sushi? - then go to the Superstore.
