First Care Centre Bradford

Booked online 45 days prior to the appointment date, and received a confirmation email for a massage. On the day of the appointment, I walk in to be informed that it’s cancelled. I was told that they had called me 2 weeks ago to mention that the RMT was unable to work because of an injury. I never received a call or email, and the receptionist refused to believe that no one reached out. I spoke to the centre again, and finally found out that my appointment never existed to begin with. Why not check this to begin with?? This was why they never called. Now it’s another month long wait to book an appointment.

Very well organized and clean clinic. Lots of information and reminders online via emails. They work directly with insurances , no need to pay upfront, very convenient I am very impressed with the services. First Careis using cold laser treatment which is extremely helpful for many musclesceleton problems. Physiotherapists and receptionists are very professional . Booking system is easy to use. I have been a patient for over a year and will highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Jordan is so great! Very professional and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Staff are all very friendly and prices are very reasonable.

I recently completed a nutritional program at First Care Centre. I would highly recommend working with Hailey Kaufmann. She took the time to complete a realistic meal and exercise program geared to my needs and ability. She closely monitored my progress while encouraging me. She suggested various meals and realistic goals. Hailey is both personable and informative, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a lifestyle change for the better. All the staff at First Care are awesome and amazing to deal with.

I have been coming to the clinic for about 6 months now and what a difference compared to the one I was attending previously. Staff is courteous, kind and great at what they do. I attend twice a week if I can and what a difference it has made in managing my shoulder and back pain. Kasia at the front desk is awesome, she goes above and beyond for the clients. Dr. Steve is great for an adjustment/massage/acupuncture. He always listens to my concerns and makes sure our sessions are optimal. Jessica is my massage therapist and she has the hands of an angel. Thank you to all the staff there. I always tell my friends about you guys! Definitely would recommend this clinic.

My first live stream physiotherapy appointment with Erik was excellent. He asked many questions to thoroughly diagnose the issue, was able to address my concerns, demonstrated stretches and exercises for me to work on at home, and sent a thorough, easy-to-follow plan directly to me at home. This practice is terrific, excellent customer service the staff are friendly and professional.- Dr. Jordan ( Chiropractor) very Knowledgeable, and informative, always felt that my treatment was beneficial.- Message Therapist ( Kelly) was excellent she listened to everything I need, very kind, and professional.- ( Erik the Physiotherapist) good communicator, caring , he helped me understand the problem better and how to treat it with the correct exercise.I immediately felt at ease Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience.
