At the beginning of the transaction they were very helpful. By the time it came to install, they had no idea what they were doing.I now have had to go somewhere else to fix the issue they wouldn't fix. I will make sure all my truck friends stay clear of this place!

Great prices on parts and services. Got fender flares, mud flaps and a levelling kit installed. Would especially recommend if you wanted to get fender flares painted - they did for almost half the cost of other shops and it’s is still holding up four years later.

Stay clear. We ordered a topper with a ladder rack & told them the color. They gave us a quote so we ordered it and then after ordering, they tell us they have to charge extra for the color. A few weeks go by and we phone them to see if the topper is in yet, they said it never got ordered!! We were in need of this topper ASAP & it ended up taking 12 weeks to come in. We had to call them to get updates, they’d never call us. On top of that the ladder rack didn’t come in so one employee said “I don’t think it comes with one” so he didn’t know anything, which of course we ordered one because we can’t fully do our job without a ladder rack. So they tried to install one they bought somewhere in Edmonton which didn’t fit or work so we waited even longer for the ladder rack. With all this inconvenience they only gave us $200 off. Terrible. Unorganized and no effort in customer service.

I had a thoroughly horrible experience with Scorpion.I discussed at length with their customer service rep what I wanted to order, asked clarifying questions, and placed a deposit for a Leer canopy. Two months later I went in to have it installed.After it was installed, I found that they had not brought in what I ordered. They knew a month before delivery that they would not be able to deliver the canopy as ordered, but failed to notify me. Specifically, I ordered a door with ventilation in it, and they delivered the canopy with a non-vented door. They also gave me incorrect information regarding the roof rack fitment on the canopy.In response to my concerns, the owner offered to cut a hole in the top of my canopy and fit a vent in the top. When I questioned the own of Scorpion about what effect that would have on the warranty, he said well

They managed to mount a discountinued grille rack on my new truck that had been on my trade in prior to that. Had a mixup with a faulty lock and they had no issue giving a prompt refund.

Great place will recommend these guys to anyone. They still do old school custom stuff. The staff super friendly and helpful. This my truck they painted and clear coated the window vents covers, colour matched.
