Kenmau is the very best Property Management company out there! They are right on top of everything, instantly! They manage 5 units for me, and are very professional. I really don't know what I would have done without them, they have saved me many headaches! Thank you so very, very much!

My husband and I started renting from Kenmau in November. From the initial process of looking at the apartment to addressing problems with our toilet not flushing properly, Kenmau has responded promptly. They were very apologetic when a plumber refused to come to our property after hours. They are professional and the girls are very friendly!

As a new tenant of Kenmau, I’m very very happy with my duplex. Very clean, beautiful yard and grounds, and it is kept immaculate!!! Landscaped by professionals. The lovely staff at Kenmau made this move very easy for me, especially Kristen! I was worried about Covid 19 ,, and they made me feel very comfortable at my showing and took all the precautions very seriously as it should be.This property management company is wonderful I highly recommend them!

I have recently starting renting a lovely new property from Kenmau and the team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. All of my questions have been answered in a very timely manner and they have provided numerous local contacts to me as I’m new to the area. The entire process has been seamless and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking in the area.

I have been renting with Kenmau for approx 7 years. Every time I have had an issue, (leaking roof, no water due to a water main leak, unlit common area for instance), there has been a timely response and my issue was handled quickly. Management follows up to ensure everything was done that could be done. I am in an apartment, & snow removal is done in time for the tenants to leave for work in the morning & not have to push through an unplowed lot.

Kristen has been incredible to work with. Not only does she answer our questions promptly and respectfully but also is very proficient with her communication between us and the landlord. She ensured a seamless transition when we took possession of the house, and made us feel very at home.

Have rented from kenmau for more than a year. Good communication. Always updates us on anything. Problems we have had were out of there control. Nice people

I am currently renting from Kenmau Property Management and have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. They have been exceptional in every aspect, from the initial rental process to current issues that have come about.

We recently were house hunting for a rental property in Belleville (a new city to us) and as soon as we saw photos of the one we got we knew we had found it. Then came the fast paced process of applying for the house in hopes we would get it. Kenmau was INCREDIBLE from the start. We were excited to do a walk through and get all documents to them asap so we could get ahead of other possible appliers, the staff at Kenmau were super efficient with their emails and phone calls to make sure we saw the house in person immediately and were able to collect everything they needed to offer us the lease. Within a week of seeing the house in person it was ours! And we were able to move in a week later. Since then Kenmau has been wonderfully attentive and resourceful. They update us quickly and ahead of time with anything regarding the house (it's a new build so there were a few loose ends to get tied up). We cannot say enough great things about this property management company, if they have a rental you're interested in absolutely go for it!

Avoid this place like the plague. My apartment had repairs required and for well over a month they were fully aware of the problems and did nothing about it because unbeknownst to everyone they were selling the building. They waited until the building was sold and then said the repairs weren’t their problem to save them money as the repairs would now have to be completed by the new landlord. These people are scammers and treat their tenants like trash. If you can avoid them you should.
