Very updated clean modern rooms, staff is friendly. There pool entrance door is busted and pool is outdated could use an update the hot tub doesn't work. The tiles around the pool are lifting up in areas. They make it so you have to go to the front desk to get the waterslide water turned on inconvience for parents with kids. The main pool water was a watery white color from improper filteration and chlorine.

The hotel is very run down. The management is terrible. The staff we rude and not helpful at all. The rooms were less than okay. They didn’t even bother to put the comforter in the cover, just laid it on top. The blankets were ripped and stuffing was falling out. They wouldn’t even give us a new blanket. You can feel every single spring in the mattress. And the pillows are so old they just ball up and are so in comfortable. For being a COMFORT inn, it wasn’t comfortable at all. The pool area was gross, never restocked towels. They don’t stop people from walking around with their Shoes in the pool area. The card system for the doors is so hit and miss. Ended up having to go down and get new keys cause they would never work twice in a row. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it. There’s a holiday inn next door, check that place out before you go here !!

Stayed here twice. Once in September 2021 and June/July 2023.Both times were great visits with friendly staff, clean rooms and can't go wrong with the swimming pool. Location is great, right in front of a train station and restaurants nearby. Will definitely choose this hotel again

It was great but the keys didn’t work twice in a row most of the time. Up and down and up again on the elevator just for a key is quite annoying. I spent over $1100 here and they won’t give me my deposit back. Said they sent it but they lied because I checked with my bank and nothing was sent from comfort inn. I stayed at a different hotel a few days again and my deposit is already being processed. I mean if I’m spending over $1100 I should be able to get my deposit back. The guys that work there are pretty good at what they do. Not so much the girl. When it came down to the deposit they weren’t even searching my name for receipts they just said “we sent it and if it’s not there that’s not our problem” basically. I honestly would put this and Ramada in the same category. Decent breakfast and pool but other than that it’s not somewhere I’d like to go again. Spend your money at DoubleTree By Hilton. 100% better and the same amount! And they give deposits back.
