Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to determine root cause to my issues very quickly. He explained the problem to me in such a way I could easily understand. I would recommend Hometown to all my friends and family.

Furnace check up due to water on floor. Helpful staff on phone during booking. On day of service, tech showed up on time with a 20 min heads up. Very friendly and explained what he was doing. No up sale attempts, just great service. Have used them in the past, will undoubtedly use them in the future.

Rick was a nice gentleman.Pilot light was out in gas fireplacePort Stanley has no hydro for an indefinite period of time. It was down to 54 degrees in the house. Has already gone up 3degrees since he fixed & cleaned it. He was very patient explaining the problem. I will certainly use this company again! Great service

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone dreads the day their furnace goes down during the middle of winter. Hometown replaced our worries with immediate and efficient service. They arrived at our home to diagnose our problem within an hour of calling. Once we knew that replacement made more sense than fixing our old unit, the company's owner (Riley) gave us several options. Our replacement required some custom sheet metal work (which they did at their shop), and by the next morning, the crew arrived. Three guys showed up to replace our furnace and AC unit. By late afternoon the job was complete. Near the end of the day, Riley stopped by again to check on the job. The entire crew , owner, technicians (Tyler, Brayden, Jamie) and the wonderful assistant at the shop (Julie Fielder) were warm and friendly. We would highly recommend them without question.

Had a fireplace installed. Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Explained how the remote thermostat worked and how the fireplace worked.
