Just Roof Repair (formerly Rooftec)

Rooftec recently provided their services to re-roof my cottage, garage and cabin. The owner was very knowledgeable, accurate on pricing, and competitive with his estimate. The team arrived and within 2 days the job was complete as promised. The property is pristine and the workers are incredibly diligent and respectful. I highly recommend this company. They are the best by far!

I'll be saving their number for sure.They came and looked at my roof and got back to me about an hour later for the quote because he wanted to be sure that they weren't the ones who did some work on it already for the previous owners, and that it might still be under warranty. That kind of honesty goes a long way with me. I highly recommend.

Great Company! They replaced my roof after huge wind blew off the shingles. They did an amazing job and at a good price. Another time very strong wind blew away a couple shingles, they came by and replaced them no problem. They even offered to come by on Sunday morning.

The honesty and integrity of Monty from rooftech was unbelievable. We have experienced a terrible series of events since we bought our home last year and discovering that our attic was completely encased with mold was just the cherry on the cake. When we called him to come and give us a quote for a new roof, he came right away. I was sure the entire roof would need to come off but after he looked the roof all over, he told me it was in great shape and that the mold was actually because the bathroom vent was not vented to the outside. He could ha e given me a quote to replace my roof and I would have paid him thousands to do it. Not only that but he also gave me advice on how to extend the idea of my current roof myself and what products to buy. Needless to say, we will be having him do our venting for us and when the time comes, we will have him do our roof. So grateful he responded to us first.

I've called Rooftec a couple times now, and my calls have been answered quickly. The owner has made time to help me out with roof issues multiple times. The repairs have held up, and he has never tried to sell me on anything. I won't hesitate to call him again, and am happy to recommend his services

Monty goes out of his way to be helpful, even when it may not be a roofing issue and always responds to messages very promptly. Highly recommend his services.

My roof had some damage from a winter storm. Monty responded within the same day to give me a quote and inspect the damage. He took the time to find a solution that worked for me and did an excellent job on the repair.Would highly recommend!

On a Urgent need to get my roof repaired :They politely said NO! to the repairs, too busy! The homeowner is vulnerable after a windstorm when he has lost a shingle or two and seeking urgent repairs. I have no choice but to rate it one star from their disappointing response leaving me no opportunity. It definitely makes a huge impact in decision making if I will ever consider hiring this company in the future.

Had one wind damaged shingle and needed it repaired. Monty was here within a couple of hours - exactly as he told us on the phone. Fixed the shingle, checked the roof and told us it was in good shape for another 5 years. Great service and honesty! Both rare these days.P
